Oscar and his crew were extraordinary! Communication with Oscar was excellent. On the day of painting, they covered everything in preparation. They are not the fastest crew but one of the most meticulous in ensuring everything was ready to start. All small (and big) holes were expertly filled in and sanded smooth. They even unscrewed light covers to ensure they were paint free. The painting was done slowly to make sure all corners and paint color changes were done perfectly. They completely cleaned up everything at the end of the working day even when they were returning the next day. During the past six months, I have had two other painter in my house to do other rooms with mixed results. In the future, I will only have Oscar and his crew come in. They are that GREAT!

We were not in a rush so had interior ceiling and wall painting completed in late fall and then had exterior painting and deck painted in spring when weather co-operated. Project went well, they cleaned up well after completing, and Oscar and his crew were very easy to work with.

Oscar's professionalism started from the moment of the consultation. He provided excellent workmanship, he was on time each day, and he didn't take the typical shortcuts you'd expect a mediocre painter to take. Oscar and his team seemed to really enjoy what they do, you could tell by the way they interacted with one another.. some contractors yell at each other throughout the day. Not Oscar. Very satisfied with the price as well. I'd highly suggest Admiring Painting.

It was a difficult job, granted - Oscar did come back the next day at no additional charge and recoated some areas.

Overall - it seemed like when we corresponded it was usually over email. It would take a while for him to respond back to me, This is the biggest reason I wouldn't have given him an A.

Oscar was great throughout the process. He provided a competitive bid and was thorough/knowledgeable. He and his team completed the project over the course of one week while we were out of town. The team did a good job of cleaning up (the popcorn ceiling removal creates a mess) and Oscar came out for a final walk through to make sure we were happy with the work.

Oscar and his crew were fantastic. We hired them to prep, prime and paint a 2-story living room, foyer, and stairway including window trim and baseboards. He itemized the quote and was very communicative throughout the process. He and his crew were very professional over the 1 1/2 day job. On VERY short notice, Oscar was able to fit me in his schedule (next day), and get the work done before our first showing. Not only did Oscar work quickly (only took them about 3.75 hours) and accommodated my emergency, but he and his colleague did a wonderful job, charged a very reasonable fee for service and did not take advantage of my time pressure. They matched our color choices and pattern design perfectly. It was hard to believe that 2 guys got that much done so quickly.

They were reliable, prompt and fair. Oscar called me regularly to update on progress of project. I live out of town, he texted me our schedule. I took pictures of some areas, that needed touch up after the carpet was replaced. Oscar took care of the details and understood the house would be going up for sale. We worked out a plan for him to remove items from the garage that were to be taken to the dump. This was my brothers home, he passed away in March, we wanted to get it on the market as soon as possible. Thank you Oscar for your professionalism, and the great job to make this situation as smooth as possible. The did sell quickly.

Provider arrived about an hour later than expected, explained this was due to an issue at the paint store. Oscar and his team came in and got to work as soon as they arrived. He even referred me to a carpenter at the last minute to add some chair rail to my foyer (who also did excellent work, and quoted me a fair price when I asked for additional work to be done in the foyer). They taped, tarped, and moved furniture out of the way. They worked non stop until the job was done, even staying late to add another coating. Quality work.
