The service was great and the painting work was perfect! I am an artist and have an eagle eye for details. I have been picky in the past, and have only found other painters to be just average, or needed touch-ups. Not so this time. I asked them to do more painting work for me, and they worked me in the same week. Quick, efficient, neat and a job well done. I am out of their normal travel area, and did pay a little extra for that cost, but that is understandable.

Provider was very nice and responded right away. He did come and look at what we needed done. I think in the future the coupon would need to list any exclusions-this was for painting 1 room. Cabinets were what we needed painted and the price was for the walls only.

I don't have enough good things to say about Oscar. He is a quality guy and his team were very professional, fast and very talented. I have only hired one painter before and the process can be overwhelming to ensure that you are getting quality work for a reasonable price. Oscar did not fall short. After the whole job was complete, he walked me around to ensure that I was 150% happy and even offered to come back if I noticed something later. If you are looking for a talented painter with a crew that can be clean, efficient and nice to work with, look no further.

They showed up on time and went straight to work. They did a very nice job , and were clean and organized. The only problem was my 8 hr coupon did not cover painting the whole room as they ran out of time. Unfort'ly they did not tell me this, and they were not able to finish due to scheduling conflict. I then had to finish painting the room myself... It would have been nice to have known if they could finish job, or if i could "buy more time"...as I had no idea on how long it would take to paint one room. Fortunately I was able to finish painting the room myself....and it was good to have them get me started and knock out 90% of the painting.

The work was done at our rental property in order to prepare for a new renter. The old paint had been on the walls for 5-6 years and the former renters had not treated the place very well. The walls were dirty, crown molding and doors were filthy. Oscar and his team re painted and repaired drywall where pictures had been hung throughout the house. The job was not inexpensive but it was a big job, took his team 3 days. Being a rental property Oscar was in and out of the house using a key on his own which was a complete leap of faith for us. This is an example at the professionalism you will get with Oscar, completely trustworthy. Oscar and his team went above and beyond what was discussed (touch up to the molding turned in to complete refresh). Overall, an outstanding job - the townhouse looks brand new, walls, doors, everything looks great. We could not be happier with the timing, the communication and the end result. Working with Oscar was a great experience and we plan to have him to complete interior painting at our primary residence very soon.

It went well. The crew did good work. I had to pay an extra 30.00 fee for them to travel to my house as I was outside their area a little.

We had hired Oscar's company to paint our entire house when we moved to Cornelius in June 2013. Oscar did a great job, coming back promptly to correct any issues we had and working closely with us to achieve the final result. He was always prompt, professional, friendly, cleaned up immaculately and stood behind his work. He also gave us a really competitive price so we wanted to use Oscar again to change the color of our living room. We called Oscar and because he had painted our home before, he gave us a competitive price over the phone. He came promptly on the day he agreed to paint. He and his employee carefully removed drapes and furniture and painted the room before I returned home. Oscar has always treated our home with care and we trust leaving him there with a key anytime. The job turned out great...I'm so glad I painted it a darker color! Oscar and his employee did a clean job that certainly met our expectations. We would hire him again and would definitely recommend him to others!

I recently purchased a home and needed interior painting done. I received several quotes and decided to go with Admiring Painting based on my initial impression of Oscar(the owner). Oscar was punctual, professional, polite and the estimate provided was fair. He listened to what I had in mind regarding the finish and even suggested some great ideas. I was most impressed by how Oscar always removed his shoes when entering my home and cleaned up after he finished painting. I have hired many contractors in the past and not all are as courteous and respectful of your home as my experience with Oscar has been. In addition, I had many projects going on at the same time and Oscar was very patient and flexible with my schedule. I plan on hiring him again to finish painting some rooms when I am ready to proceed.

Oscar was fabulous to work with and actually the best painter that I have ever worked with. This was our personal home but we have many rental homes so have a lot of experience with painters. He was the best that we have met and highly recommend him. I have already referred some friends to him. First of all, he is prompt and communicates very well. He showed up every day on time. His estimate was very reasonable and more importantly, he was true to his estimate in the end! As we all know, this is not always the case. More importantly, the work he did was outstanding. We are very picky since this is our dream home. He fixed every crack and the very deep cracks along the metal corner beads are completely repaired. The paint looks wonderful. Every day he would show up and on his own initiative check his work from the day before to make sure it was perfect. In addition, our mudroom area is not made of drywall but wood with decorative panelling. He actually hand painted the entire mudroom area to make sure there was a smooth finish after sanding it down! This was his suggestion and he explained that it would give the best result. Our prior painters had just rolled it and it showed. Also his demeanor is extremely professional and we were impressed that he did the work himself. I met with many painters for this job and we have no regrets and will not hesitate to use Oscar for the rest of our projects!

A previous contractor left a mess with seams showing in the ceilings and on the walls of our basement and mudroom additions. Oscar came in with his crew and fixed the previous contractors work. I had only inteneded to have them complete the drywall repairs, however I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I also had them complete the trim, doors and painting. The crew that completed the work showed up promptly and were very courteous. They took the time an precautions to protect personal belongings from paint overspray and cleaned up afterwards. I only wish I had used this group first for the drywall work!
