Incredible attention to detail and honest. Mack spent and additional 1-1.5 hours of his own time to make sure the job was done to his standards. The shower looks brand new. Overall, an excellent customer experience and would do buisness with Mack again.

Mack is very thorough and very conscientious, proud of his work and rightly so. I am a craftsperson myself and a perfectionist, so I admire capable craftsmen -- Mack is clearly one. Plus which, it was great that he could not only do the tile work, but the carpentry that was necessary to repair the wood supporting it. The finished job was not inexpensive -- but for the number of hours it took and the the quality of the work, it was worth it. Both bath/showers looked like new.

He came out to look at the cracked grout and was not only able to fix the cracks to avoid water damage, he diagnosed why the grout was cracking and was able to apply a fix to the problem. It's been a month now and everything still looks great. He also cleaned up the grout lines in the other bathroom while he was working on the shower. He showed up on-time, cleaned up everything when he was done and explained what he was doing the whole time. Cost was exactly what we were quoted. Overall very positive experience.

I haven't seen any of his work but he sounded professional. He was very meticulous and it was a joy talking with him. He called back and answered all my questions well. He was just a little bit too high for what I wanted to do for a rental property, but I would have used him for my own home.

All I can say is "Bravo!" Thanks to his careful handiwork, it is impossible to tell if there was any problem there at all. it's like the loose tiles never happened. It looks just as good as it did before I had the problem. Plus Mack was able to diagnose what caused the problem --- poor sealant around tub-- and remedy it. He is extremely friendly, efficient and exacting in his standards. Would never consider calling anyone else.

Although Mac said he could do the job, unfortunately he is very busy and would not be able to get to the job in the timeframe I desired. However, he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me advising me of the best practices for cleaning and sealing the floor myself, recommended products to use, and recommended qualities to look for in other professionsals whom I might hire to do the job. Great advice and he definitely knows his stuff!

Mac came over the same day after I called him to give an estimate. He was the second tile company I had requested quote the repair. Mac was very willing to discuss all the steps required to properly repair the shower. He didn't try to up sell me into re-grouting the whole shower and was willing to work within our budget. The first tile company would not consider repair of the shower door and suggested I call a glass company to repair or replace the entire surround. Mac was more than happy to repair the door. He took the surround apart, investigated, fixed the problem and the door is as good as new. He spent a lot of time prepping the shower and removing old grout. He re-grouted, then sealed the new grout with colorant to ensure that the new and existing grouts matched. He did lots of extra things like clean the shower drain to ensure the shower pan was draining properly and also re-caulked the shower and tub surround. Knowing it was our master shower, he was willing to work us into his busy schedule to get the repair done as quickly as possible. It's hard to find someone who truly cares about doing a great job; Mac Adams does!

As many others noted, Mack Adams is a one-man show - which was great for the work we needed done. He knows his trade, and shared information so we could make the proper repair decision. He was curteous, puctual, and thorough in his work for us. His prices were reasonable - and the workmanship was great as well.

This is a one man company, and all the work was performed by the owner, Mack Adams. The work was of very high quality, especially the tile repair. The repair is almost invisible and has allowed me to avoid the expense of replacing the entire tile floor. Mack is very honest and takes great pride in doing the work well and in pleasing his customer. He always arrived when he said would and seemed to me to be very trustworthy. However, the work was performed over a period of eight days which I feel was longer and more disruptive than necessary.

I had a problem with a leak behind the tile in a bathtub/shower enclosure and had tried several people on your list to get it fixed. Mr. Adams is the only one who took the time to understand the problem and actually fixed it. He did a neat job, and there haven't been any leaks since.

He works by the hour and allowed me to do some of the preparation work myself. I thought I might have to tear up my whole floor to retile but he was able to repair damaged tiles that extended the whole width of the floor. I was amazed. It looked great when he was done.

Who says contractors are not honest!! Mr. Adams said the shower was in good enough shape that it did not need major repairs at this time but could be made to look nicer with a little effort that we could do ourselves. He gave us instructions on how to touch up the shower ourselves and exactly what material would be required. He did not charge us anything. We would definitely use Adams Tile Repair again.

The experience with Adam's Tile Repair Co. was excellent. He came in and did the job. It looks great! The quality of his work is excellent. He was really friendly, and enjoyable to work with. He explained everything that he was doing, as he was working. He was very thorough, and easy to understand. The price was very reasonable, even less than I thought it would be. I would use him again in the future.

It went very well. The shower is now beautiful all water goes in drain (it hadn't before) and Mack did a lot of extra stuff like cleared our drains, installed a new shower head and reinsulated around the new work.

Great! Mack was on-time and in and out when he said he would be. The estimate was spot on.
