It went well. They were on time, and took about three mornings. They cleaned up the place, and we were pleased with the results.

The job went well. We had flexibility in our schedule and Mack was very appreciative of that fact. He completed the work that he quoted and even gave us advice regarding cleaning in order to save us some money for work that he would have normally performed.

Mack did a great job! We started out with an estimate for no more than $1500.00 to fix a tile and re-grout a portion of the bathroom floor. He did so well, so quickly that we ask him to do more. He increased the price to $2000.00 because we ask him to clean the grout in the laundry room and fix the kitchen caulk. He did a great job, overall. We are so glad that we found his service on Angie's List and would definitely call him again. Great Job!

Mack arrived as scheduled to give us an estimate for the job. He was very detailed in explaining all that would have to be done to make the repairs properly. Mack did all of the work himself, and he is a meticulous worker and took extra time to make everything exactly right. Mack also explained the work he was doing during the entire process. He advised us when he would be working and showed up on time or called and advised of any delay. He used some materials that I had on hand to help save cost. He assisted us in working with a tile supplier in picking the replacement tile. We are very pleased with the results and would certainly have Mack do any other tile repair or replacement work that we might need.

Mack was very understanding and flexible with scheduling the work to fit with my calendar. He was there over a two day period for a total of about 7 or 7/12 hours. If future needs arise I would hope Mack is available to do the job, I would certainly call upon him. He is very conscientious about the work he does and he did a quality job. When Mack initially came to quote the job he told us a price range with a $50 spread. At the end of the job he charged the top end of the quoted price.

It was very good. He found more damage than I anticipated, and did a really good job of re-grouting it. This company only does repair work, not new installation.

Mac took a look at the floor and felt that re-grouting would have not been worth the time and cost. He tested several grout cleaners to find one that would work and recommended where I could purchase it. Very honest, helpful and pointed out how I could do all the work required.

We are very happy with the results, and feel we definitely got a good job for the money. Everything looks MUCH better, and we are confident any potential problems with water that might have seeped through the shower walls and floor have been prevented. Mack not only does good work, but he explains everything very carefully beforehand, and he even suggests things you might be able to do yourself if you choose to in order to save some money.

The job was done over three weeks, he had to remove old tile and let floor thoroughly dry out before new tile could be installed which took several days. He keep us informed of when he would be coming and did a quality job.

Job was under warranty and Mac Adams stands behind his work. Doesn't quibble he just makes it right. He is one provider I know I can always count on.

MR. ADAMS IS EGOTISTICAL. HE OVERRATES THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. THE WORK IS ALREADY CHIPPING OUT AND IS NOT YET 6 WEEKS OLD.

GOOD EXPERIENCE - ON TIME FOR ESTIMATE, WORK DONE AT QUOTED PRICE. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THAT IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO GET ONTO HIS WORK SCHEDULE. ONCE HE STARTED, HE FINISHED IN TWO DAYS, LESS THAN THE THREE DAYS ESTIMATED.

MACK IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TILE. HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A QUALITY THAT I WAS GLAD TO SEE.

MARK ADAMS DID VERY HIGH QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS WE WOULD HAVE HOPED TO DO OURSELVES IF WE HAD MACK'S SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL!

MACK ADAMS IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. WE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS INITIALLY WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED, BUT THEY WERE ALL CORRECTED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. NO MATTER HOW MANY TRIPS IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB PERFECT, MACK IS WILLING TO COME BACK TO COMPLETE THE JOB TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

MACK ADAMS WORKED BY HIMSELF. HE GAVE A FREE ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK HE WOULD PERFORM, EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD NEED TO DO. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED OVER A TWO DAY PERIOD, ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS NECESSARY TO LET THE SHOWER PAN DRAIN AND CERAMIC TILES TO DRY AS PART OF INITIAL PREPARATION. TOTAL TIME ON JOB WAS ABOUT SIX TO SEVEN HOURS. HE WAS WILLING TO FIT INTO OUR SCHEDULE, AND WAS UNOBTRUSIVE. THE JOB REALLY LOOKS GOOD.

WE HAD MACK QUOTE US ON REPLACING ABOUT TWO DOZEN CRACKED TILES IN OUR BATHROOM. HIS QUOTE WAS $800-1,000, BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO WORK US INTO HIS SCHEDULE FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF SELLING OUR HOUSE, AND NEEDED THE WORK DONE FAST. MACK ADVISED US ON BEING ABLE TO FIX THEM OURSELVES. HE WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO HELP US, BY CUTTING OUT THE BROKEN TILES, SO THAT THE JOB WOULD BE EASIER ON US. EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT DO THE WORK, HIS SMALL GESTURE OF HELP AND GUIDANCE WAS UNEXPECTED, AND MUCH APPRECIATED. ALL WE PAID HIM FOR WAS HIS TIME TO CUT THE BROKEN TILE, AND FOUR DRILL BITS THAT WERE CONSUMED IN THE PROCESS. WE ESTIMATE THAT HE HELPED US SAVE $400-500 IN LABOR COST BY HIS HELP.

MR. ADAMS IS A VERY KIND, POLITE, SERVICE PROVIDER. CAME TO MY HOME TO EVALUATE OUR OUTDOOR TILE. HE SHOWED ME HOW TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE TILE, MYSELF, IF I CHOSE TO DO SO. HE ALSO ADVISED WHY HE WOULD NOT MAKE A PARTICULAR REPAIR (FOR VERY GOOD REASONS).

MR. ADAMS WAS PUNCTUAL, FAIR IN HIS INITIAL PRICING AND THEN IN HIS HONORING THAT PRICE, EVEN WHEN HE DISCOVERED MORE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND REASSURING, EVEN WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT THIS PROJECT WAS RAPIDLY BECOMING THE ''PROJECT FROM HELL.'' HIS CO-WORKER, BOB, WAS ALSO PROFESSIONAL. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE BY ONLY MR. ADAMS AND HIS ASSISTANT, BOB. I WOULD CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND THE ADAMS TILE REPAIR COMPANY.

WAS A DIFFICULT JOB, BUT HE WAS VERY ACCURATE. PROLONGED JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE TOOK 4 DAYS TOOK ACTUALLY THREE WEEKS, BUT WEREN'T WORKING EVERY DAY, WHICH THEY LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE WHEN THEY WOULD BE THERE. IMPRESSED BY HIS KNOWLEDGE WHEN HE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE. THE END JOB WAS AN "A", BUT THE PROLONGED JOB ALTERED THE EXPERIENCE A SLIGHT BIT. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO CUT THE TILE FROM THE PLASTER, BECAUSE NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN DO THAT.

MACK WAS FANTASTIC. HE RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL PROMPTLY, CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND GAVE ME A FAIR ESTIMATE WITH A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK HE WOULD PERFORM. WHEN THERE WAS A QUESTION ON THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED, HE MADE IT RIGHT WITHOUT ARGUMENT. HE HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER THE TILE FOR THE STEP UP TO THE TUB FROM TWO DIFFERENT PLACES - EVEN HAD THE BULLNOSE TILE FED EX'D IN TO MAKE SURE HE MET THE TIMING HE HAD PROMISED. MACK AND HIS GUY DID A METICULOUS JOB WITH THE GROUTING AND THE CAULK, THIS BATHROOM LOOKS NEW - IT IS AMAZING. AFTER A WEEK OF USING THE TUB/SHOWER WE NOTICED A COUPLE OF PLACES THAT WERE MISSED IN THE RE-GROUT EFFORT, AND WITH A QUICK CALL TO MACK HE HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AND MAKE THE FIX WITHIN 24 HOURS AND FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE MACK AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND THINKING ABOUT USING MACK, I WOULD SAY DO IT AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. HE IS PROUD OF HIS WORK AND YOU WILL BE TOO!

MACK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK. YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE NEW TILE COLOR. IT BLENDS PERFECTLY WITH THE OTHER WALLS. TUB AND SHOWER AREA LOOK BRAND NEW!!!!

MACK GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE HE COULD DO IT BECAUSE IT WAS BUSY. THEN HE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME IF I STILL WANTED HIM TO DO IT (GIVEN THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE). I SAID YES. HE WAS ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS DONE; HE ASKED ME TO INSPECT IT AND TO LET HIM KNOW IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG. HE SAID THAT HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $750 INCLUDED WORK HE ENDED UP NOT HAVING TO DO, SO THE FINAL BILL DROPPED DOWN TO $535; I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND FELT HE WAS VERY HONEST WITH ME.

MACK WAS ESPECIALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB AND US BEING HAPPY THAN HE WAS ABOUT MAXIMIZING HIS FEE. HIS WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL.
