We had a good experience all around with this company. After shopping around, we found that this was the company we wanted due to the low price they gave us for an estimate. Let me tell you that these people definitely know how to take care of their customers. Everyone we dealt with or had any communications with treated us with the utmost respect.

US Plumbing was a great group for me to use. They were polite and showed up on time. They communicated well with me as their customer. I cannot remember what I was charged for their work at my home but it was fair. I certainly would use them again if I needed them. They earned my trust and confidence based on their performance.

This company was not the greatest we ever dealt with. Although, they were very polite and respectful we just felt that they tried to get one over on us. We did not even notice the fact that they installed the wrong size water heater until we started having problems with it. They did come out and install the correct one but they tried charging us more money. We do not feel that we would recommend them to anyone just because we do not feel that they are trustworthy after our dealings with them. Everything was pretty much okay, with the exception of them installing the wrong unit. I do not want to fail them for just that reason alone when everything else was okay.

This is not an easy job and this company managed to pull it off very well. I was pleased with the work and they made sure to get it all done in a great amount of time with out destroying the properly. I was impressed with the quality of the work.

US Plumbing did a really great job. They were very neat and tidy from the very start. They performed on a timely schedule and the fee was very reasonable. Any questions that I may have had were answered with no problems. Honestly, it was a great job and it was well done. I am unsure how much the labor had cost, but, the price of the heater was $500. It was a pretty big heater.

US Plumbing installed our new water heater in just about three hours. The new water heater works great. The man who installed the water heater pretty much kept to himself, but if we had a question about what he was doing, he was more than willing to answer our questions. US Plumbing was really nice and if we ever need another plumber we will be using them.

PRV was excellent. I can not say enough about this company. Our water situation happened just before Christmas, and it was just a horrible situation for us. PRV came to our property right away, worked diligently to correct the problem, and left our property looking immaculate! I think the world of this company and would absolutely use them again.

One day I went to turn on our hot water and no hot water. We figured out that the hot water heater went bad so we called them right away. We had picked out the water heater that we wanted and they were able to squeeze us in the very next morning. I was very happy that it only took him about two or three hours to have the whole entire job done for us. He was very polite and I definitely appreciated his kindness.

THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS DECENT DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPARE IT WITH. COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND NICE. PUT BOOTIES ON OVER SHOES.

VANCE TERRY WAS AT MY HOUSE CHECKING ON MY PLUMBING PROBLEM WITHIN ONE HOUR OF MY INITIAL PHONE CALL. I AGREED ON AN INITIAL ESTIMATE OF REPAIR WORK BASED ON HIS VISUAL EXAMINATION. THE FINAL COST WAS ABOUT $100 LESS, BECAUSE HE FOUND A SIMPLER SOLUTION. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

VERY PUNCTUAL AND INFORMATIVE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING. COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT

WE ARE RECEIVING PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE PIPE MANUFACTURER. THEY NORMALLY PROVIDE COMPLETE REIMBURSEMENT, BUT THE MANUFACTURER JUDGED THIS PRICE TO BE OUTRAGEOUS FOR THE WORK PERFORMED, AND THEIR CALLS TO THIS COMPANY FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE SERVICES PROVIDED WENT IGNORED.

WE LIKED THE FACT THAT COST IS NOT HOURLY, BUT BY THE JOB. ALSO, DIAGNOSTIC FEE IS WAIVED IF WORK IS DONE AT TIME OF SERVICE CALL.

THEIR AD IN YELLOW PAGES CAUGHT MEMBERS ATTENTION, SO HE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH LORI. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT SHE ARRANGED FOR A TECHNICIAN TO CALL ON ME THAT NIGHT. I GREATLY APPRECIATED HER EFFORT. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME BY WAS VANCE. HE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE -- HE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE. VANCE HAD MY HOT WATER BACK IN SERVICE IN NO TIME AT ALL. VANCE AND I TALKED BRIEFLY ABOUT HIS WELL-STOCKED TRUCK AND ADAMS PLUMBING. HE SAID HE IS VERY HAPPY TO WORK FOR THEM. I WILL GLADLY USE ADAMS PLUMBING AGAIN AND I WILL PASS THE WORD TO MY NEIGHBORS. MEMBER ALSO SENT THIS REPORT TO ADAMS PLUMBING.

FLAT RATE BILLING, WE HAD A MAJOR JOB, THE WATER MAIN BROKE. WATER HAD BEEN RUNNING A WEEK OR MORE BEFORE WE KNEW IT. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT, I SIGNED A SERVICE CONTRACT THAT GAVE ME AN INSTANT DISCOUNT, AND I REALLY MADE OUT!
