A SECOND REASON THEY DID NOT GET MY BUSINESS IS THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS IN CONTINUING EDUCATION (WHICH IS A GOOD THING) ON THE DAY I NEEDED TO MEET HIM AT MY HOUSE SO HE HAD TO COME A DAY EARLIER AND MET WITH MY WIFE. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ASSIGNED THIS PERSON WHEN HE WOULD BE UNAVAILABLE. I DID NOT TRUST THE SALES REP. SOMETHING TOLD ME NOT TO. I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER HIS NAME NOW.

+ -1 moreAFTER 2 WEEKS THE FREON HAD LEAKED OUT. I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY REPLACED THE FREON; LOOKED FOR THE LEAK AND FOUND IT AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM TO DO WORK AGAIN FOR ME. I SPENT $300 WITH THAT COMPANY AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.

I SAID IT WAS PARTIALLY PRICE, THEN HE ASKED 'WHAT WAS THE PRICE?' I SAID I WOULD RATHER NOT SAY AND HE CAME BACK WITH 'WELL I CAN LOOK IT UP MYSELF BASED ON THE PERMIT, SO YOU MAY AS WELL TELL ME'. THEN HE SAID SARCASTICALLY 'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR'. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM TO SEE IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO COME OUT SOONER THAN THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT. ON THE SCHEDULED DAY, THEY CALLED AND SAID THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS OUT ON JURY DUTY. THEY ALSO CANCELLED SCHEDULING AT LEAST 1 OTHER TIME. I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I FELT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CUSTOMER ORIENTED. THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT WAS ON MAY 7TH AND THEY WERE NOT HERE UNTIL THE 19TH. THEY DID NOT SHOW IN FLEXIBILITY IN MEETING OUR NEEDS. THE PRICE IS FOR THE REPAIR.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO GET OUR SPRING MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT FOR OUR AIR CONDITIONING. IN THE MEANTIME OUR UPSTAIRS AIR CONDITIONING STOPPED.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT NOT ONLY COMING THE FIRST TIME, BUT COMING BACK. THE THERMOSTAT WAS A LITTLE MORE COMPLICATED THAN I THOUGHT BUT THAT HAS BEEN WORKED OUT TOO. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A B+.

THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 2 HOURS, REALIZED THE FREON CHARGE WAS LOW FROM THE PREVIOUS REPAIR, AND FIXED IT WITH NO COST TO ME.
