The worker was on-time, courteous and explained everything in detail.

Service tech, arrived late Service tech, left parts off the unit when putting it back together. Assumed service would include cleaning filters. Tech found leak in evaporator coil. To replace part under warranty, was quoted $1400. For a covered part. When I asked for a break down of quote, I was not given one. I have asked for over 3 days with no response. Spoke with owner Zeek, who claimed he would get back to me. He has not. The system tune up, is a joke, if you do not have problem with your system, it is of no value. I believe it is just away for the company to find something wrong and rape you on the cost to fix. When called out on how they arrive at a price for repair, company refused to break it down, for parts and materials. Since the part was covered under warranty the bulk of the price is labor. I found a competitor to do the work for just under $700. The same work Acosta was charging me $1400 for. Buyer beware of Acosta.

Very well. Mike was prompt, professional and competent. I have a yearly contract with Acosta so this was the AC check and they will return in the fall for the Heating check.

Installation was completed in one day. The two individuals performing the installation were professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

They didn't come on time at all. The issue I had was that they had a price advertised for a system check and when they came they said that I had two different air conditioning units and it would be two different prices. I felt that was a bit misleading and they didn't say that when I called to make the appointment. The guy that came was fine. He was great. I was happy with the service. I just felt mislead.

Service tech Taylor B. arrived on schedule for the appointment. He called 30 minutes ahead to say he was on the way. Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in work. Acosta Heating and cooling had sent Taylor for our winter season system check last year and we requested him again. All went as planned, results of the inspection were explained and all questions were answered. All in all, the inspection was productive and pleasant. We would use Acosta and Taylor again.

It went very good. We have 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners, it wasn’t an emergency.

It took probably 5 hours. They are always on time.

They come out every 6 months and do service on my unit. They check the air conditioning out in the spring and then the heating in the fall. I have been using them for 10 years. They are very responsive. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they are very reliable. They have always been very good with me. I haven’t really gotten a lot of experience in the last 10 years with anyone else. It has been very good.

They ordered the pat and quickly fixed the problem. They gave us an estimate for repair and were accurate and timely.

Justin was prompt (in fact, a little early which was fine) and very courteous and personable. Provided information re my unit's status and humidity, which was helpful, Job well done. Commend Justin's work and promptness. I often recommend Acosta to others.

The Acosta scheduler was able to arrange an earlier than expected date for the service call considering that it was the busy part of the season. Service tech (Taylor Brown) called prior to his arrival and arrived on schedule. Mr. Brown was very polite and professional and communicated clearly what he would be doing and later what his findings were. He identified a small electrical component that tested marginal and was able to replace it from materials that he had on his company truck. We were very pleased with Mr. Brown and felt that the cost of the work was reasonable. We also purchased a "Comfort Club" membership for semiannual check-ups. Total cost shown below.

I wasn't impressed. They came out relatively fast. They did tell me that I have additional problem, so an additional fee, and I just had it checked a few months ago. He was in and out in my house in ten minutes. I'm not 100% confident he knew what he was doing. They were very responsive. Again, he was very young kid, he was not polished, he didn't have any skills set. I asked him some questions and he didn't have the answers.

Everything checked out except for a switch, which he rewired.

Excellent. Acosta sent a tech within an HOUR of my call! And Aaron was absolutely a pro. He had the issue figured out quickly, was extremely efficient and was an advocate for the customer. Would absolutely hire again.

Our A/C stopped working during the night on Friday. Called Acosta on Saturday morning and their technician, Mike, came our mid-morning and made the necessary repairs plus some maintenance work on both units. He was very prompt as well as professional. As a result of this experience we entered into a maintenance agreement with Acosta.

Acosta provided prompt service when our aging downstairs AC died. We opted to replace it and they were quick to provide a quote on several options and then installed it asap. Wish we had used them when we replaced our upstairs unit a few years ago. We can already tell this one is more efficient and cools superbly, especially today when it's 93 degrees outside and I have on a sweater inside! Awesome! The technicians were courteous, professional and answered all my questions.

Luis was extremely thorough providing additional professional upgrades as well as those I can do myself. He was on time, careful, neat and most helpful. I would ask he be our regular tech.
