Description of Work: The movers were very adept at handling large items and fragile belongings. All members of the team were courteous and friendly. Custom-sized boxes were offered for the transport of televisions, but there was an additional cost involved. Members of the team assisted with assembly of certain items, but this requires more time. Overall, a very good experience. |

Description of Work: They showed up 8 hours late and of course didn't have enough time to complete the move. They said they would come back the next am to finished loading the truck we rented but they never showed up or answered any of our multiple phone calls.

Two men accomplished this move with a thought out strategy, patience, muscle, and a lighthearted sense of humor that put our minds at ease. We would use their services again, no doubt!

+ 0 moreChad and his team were great to work with. They were very flexible to complete our move at the times that we needed to fit our closings. They showed up with a good crew, worked throughout the hot day, and were very efficient and careful in the move. They used plenty of pads on our furniture and protected the front door and flooring. We also had a pool table that Chad took apart and moved as well. Overall, the team was great to work with. Chad was very easy on the quote, and we paid by the hour. The communication was great, and the team was all very respectful to our needs. Would definitely recommend Ace Movers.

+ 0 moreMy son recommended ACE Movers. He had used them I think because the pricing was very good. He was very pleased with the way they took care of everything and was real careful with the piano. If I had another piano to move I will call them. Their prices are very good and I think they also threw in a cleaning job so they delivered and cleaned it up. I don't remember any problem of getting them scheduled. It was money well spent.
