 + -1 moreThey charged for a level 2 cleaning but never used and extentions to clean from top to bottom. Ashes were left behind on the inside and outside fire boxes. The service tech preformed this job in 27 minutes. I nor my mom is happy with this business or the performance in cleaning the chimney.
