It went very well. The people in the shop were knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all our options and answering our questions. The work was scheduled in advance. The installers arrived on time and were professional. Finally, there was confusion about the configuration we ordered. As installed the, the project was about 10% more expensive. A call to the shop was handled very well, and we were immediately given the lower price.

Excellent. It took about 4 hours to install. (Timing depended on drilling into the tile - i.e., how thick and hard the tile was). It only took a few days to set up a time to measure and about 7 working days to get the glass installed.

As always, this family owned business is a pleasure to work with!! It never seems to matter if my need is large or small. The service is always excellent and they are a pleasure to work with!

Very professional owner Larry, he is detailed and knowlegable and oversees work. Staff all great. Installation took a great deal of patience measuring and planning creative design. Excellent work worth it.

Our rental property has two storm windows, and in the process of preparing the property for rent, the glass was shattered. Accent Glass repaired both windows in one day. Sylvia was very pleasant to deal with, and she and the glass installer showed care and an intention to do excellent work, and the work was excellent!

Accent Glass was truly a joy to work with! The cost was reasonable and the service was professional and timely. They went out of way to accommodate my needs and I would highly recommend them as a glass and mirror provider. They certainly have won my future business!!

Accent Glass was called on 4/4/06 to schedule an appointment to measure windows in my house. Tim Thomas left a message on my home voice mail, saying he would be there at 8:30 the next morning, and he would stop by on his way to work, as my house was on his way to work. I immediately called, leaving a message that I would be out of town, and to please come between 8:00 and noon on 4/14/06, and to call if that was a problem. There was no call, so I assumed an appointment was scheduled. On April 14th I waited for him until 11:00 at which point I called Accent Glass. Mike Moore initially reacted as if I was not on the schedule, then called me back to say I was on the list, but no time was indicated, and he could try to get someone out by 4:00. I told Mike to forget it, that I couldn't wait around the rest of the day for his employee. Needless to say, I was displeased, and would not recommend this company's customer service.

THEY HAVE A CATALOG WHICH ALLOWED ME TO SEE WHAT I WANTED.

THEY DID A NICE JOB, QUALITY WORK, GOOD TIMING, PROFESSIONAL -- ALL YOU CAN ASK FOR.

THEY WORKED QUICKLY, THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PRICE WAS EXCELLENT.

I CALLED ACCENT GLASS TO GET A BROKEN WINDOW REPAIRED. THEY CAME OUT, MEASURED THE WINDOW AND TOLD ME THEY STOCK THAT TYPE OF GLASS AT THEIR SHOP AND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIX IT THE FOLLOWING WEEK. ON MONDAY MORNING I RECEIVED A CALL THAT THE ESTIMATE WAS $102. THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE COULD BE OUT IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER, THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T FIX SINGLE-PANE GLASS AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT PERFORM THE WORK. IT WAS VERY PECULIAR. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE THE AFTERNOON OFF WORK FOR THEM TO COME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE. THEY SHOULD HAVE DISCLOSED THIS LIMITATION UP-FRONT.

I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THEM ON JUNE 28. THEY SAID THEY WERE BUSY, BUT SALESMAN WOULD CALL ME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. IT IS JULY 9 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

THEY DID A NICE JOB AND WERE A LOT CHEAPER THAN ANOTHER ESTIMATE WE GOT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE WORK LOOKS NICE.

THE SERVICEMEN WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH AND RIGHT ON TIME. DIDN'T ASK FOR A DEPOSIT OR ANYTHING AND INSTALLED PERFECTLY.

THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. THEY ARE EXCELLENT PROBLEM SOLVERS. THEY ARE FAST. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT 6 OR 7 YEARS.

ACCENT WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, HOWEVER, I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO DO THE JOB FAST.

THESE GUYS WERE VERY POLITE, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND OFFERED US LESS PRICEY OPTIONS! I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

ACCENT GLASS WAS ABOUT 15% LESS EXPENSIVE THAN (OTHER COMPANIES).

REPLACED BIG BEDROOM (5X6) ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS. OWNER CALLED RIGHT AWAY WHEN FIRST GROUP OF PEOPLE (2) WERE SENT THEN SOMEONE CAME TO FIX BROKEN GARAGE DOOR WINDOW. WOULD HIRE AGAIN, CLEANED UP VERY WELL, PICKED UP GLASS PIECES.

WORK WAS COMPLETED QUITE SATISFACTORILY, THE INSTALLER WAS PROFESSIONAL,COURTEOUS AND NEAT. MIKE'S COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. HAD TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT A FEW TIME, BUT ALWAYS CALLED AND APOLOGIZED.

ACCENT HAD THE STOCK AND CUT and POLISHED A GLASS SHELF WHILE I WAITED. COST WAS REASONABLE. IT WAS A SMALL ORDER BUY I APPRECIATED NOT HAVING TO COME BACK FOR IT. I'D BUT FROM THEM AGAIN.
