The people at Accent were prompt, curteous, and a pleasure to work with. I was able to place the order over the phone, and the shelves were ready within about a week. The shelves turned out exactly as I was hoping.

Accent was good and prompt. I told them what I wanted and asked them for advice.

Excellent. I just placed the glass on the cabinet top, and it fits perfectly - which means the measurements I gave them were accurate and they cut the glass accurately.

John suggested a way to frame the mirrors that was cheaper and more attractive than what I had in mind. The result was excellent. He was on time, meticulous with measurements and easy to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job. The price was fair and the door is beautiful. They were easy to deal with and came out when I asked them to. They delivered the goods when they said they were going to deliver them. It took about an hour for the installation and the installation was fantastic, it looks beautiful.

It was two separate jobs. The quality of the work was very good and they were competitively priced. They were very responsive in terms of when they would do the work and when it would be done. We were very pleased with their timeliness.

Went with the thicker glass and upgraded the hinges. They were great. They emailed me the quote after coming our and measuring. They also left me a brochure to browse while I was waiting for the quote and deciding on the hardware. They came within the time they said they would (5 -7 business days I think). They installed it, cleaned up after themselves and left. The guys were courteous and professional. I would absolutely use them again. And again.

This was a truly excellent company to deal with. The measure was prompt, and they were willing to work with a homeowner that liked to do their own tiling! The price was competitive, and the work was all performed punctually. The guys who did the installation were meticulous about trying to get everything perfect, even though, as many of us know, not much in any house is actually square. They had a minor problem with an inaccurate hole location on the tempered glass, but they reordered the problem piece and reinstalled quickly. The work was on time, on budget, and everything was left clean and neat. This company will be my go-to. I've done lots of home projects but this company makes my list as one of the best,

Accent Glass is fabulous. The shower inclosure turned out just perfectly. Everyone in the shop is very friendly and helpful. They always know what they are talking about and they have been able to make a lot of good suggestions. The prices are always very competitive. I have always received super service from them.

I was quoted $199.70 to replace the glass table top. As this was the lowest bid I received, I took the table in to have the top replaced. Sylvia then called me to say thay had found a glass table top replacement for $139. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the lower price and asked her to proceed. I subsequently picked up the table top and it looks great!

I took 2 trips but the door now works good as new.

Great. They took extra care in removing the stops so there would be little or no damage. A stop did break and they replaced it by having one made since the door was ca old they couldn't find a matching stop. Everyone was very professional and punctual. We are hiring them again to fix an exterior door at our daughter's house.

We had a complete master bath remodel done. Accent Glass installed a 3/8" clear tempered glass panel 34"x78" in our shower for $861.00 on Aug. 21. Then on Nov. 6 they installed a mirror over the vanity for $288.00. Our bath was completed by December. After a few showers I noticed the travertine tile pencil strips next to the glass had chipped. This was caused by the glass being installed right up against the tile. The glass should have been centered in the groove the tile man cut out but it was all the way to one side leaving a 1/4" gap on the other side. Accent Glass said they were not responsible for the chipped tile and would not pay for its repair. The only time the glass was touched was when I squeegeed it after each shower. The cause of the chipped tile is obvious to anyone who has seen it. I would not recommend Accent Glass to anyone because they will not take responsibility for any damages they may cause in your home. I am very lucky that this is not an expensive repair because Accent Glass will not step up and do what is right by their customers.

The experience could not have been easier. We called Accent Glass, gave them the measurements and picked up the glass withing a week.

I originally tried to order custom mirrors from a frame store. They quoted a high price, claiming that the glass companies charge them much more for custom sizes. So I went directly to the glass company, and saved about 50 percent. I simply called Accent with the dimensions I wanted, and the mirrors were ready for pick up within 48 hours. They are very friendly and helpful, even providing me with hanging brackets at no charge. The "B" for quality is because of a small chip in one corner of one mirror. I did not discover it until I got home, and I did not ask them for a replacement. Overall, great experience at a good price.

I would give them an A minus, because the bevel in the glass was slightly larger than on the piece I provided. No one has noticed. They were fast and friendly. But they didn't make a note of their quote. I had to tell them the price. But, I would use them again. I really liked them.

They were efficient, the main thing was that when they were installing the mirror, a small crack was made, normally I would ignore such a thing, but they insisted on replacing it and did so for no charge.

They are to give me a good price and always provide options for me to choose from. I feel like I can trust them. I have been using them for years. I would recommend them.

The entire experience was very pleasant. We called them with the measurements; they called back with a quote; and then two days later they called back to tell me the work had been completed. One of the pieces was too small, and even though I openly admitted that I was not sure if the error was theirs or mine, they replaced that piece free of charge.
