Impeccable job. Scheduling was a breeze (love his online scheduler and estimator). Arrived on time. Did a quick walk through... then he started to clean. He even had protective booties for me to walk through areas post clean. Amazing job - I couldn't believe how clean and fresh the carpets looked especially high traffic areas - like new. Didn't think that kind of clean was possible! Also the way the carpets feel now - soft with not a hint of residue. I highly recommend Eric and Absolute Resurface - a dramatic difference over other reputable cleaners. Will be my go-to carpet guy moving forward.

Very very well --- excellent work. Several extremely dark stains were given special treatment, and the condo is now ready to rent or sell. The carpet is old (& cheap to begin with, I think), and it looks like new!

Professional and prompt service! Good communication regarding services to be performed, what was expected before arrival and cleaning and repair procedure was thoroughly explained. Work was done with attention to details and very methodical. Great care was taken to protect walls, corners and wood floors from any damage. Carpets and area rugs look like new! I would highly recommend this provider and will use them again myself.

I recently had 7 rooms carpet and staircase carpet cleaned by Absolute Resurface. At first, I was concerned due to heavy soil issues and other stains but they did an amazing job getting rid of all stains and making carpets look new. Perfect!!! Put us in to his schedule sooner than expected, we had a dead line for an appraisal. The appraisaer even made comment to the carpet condition. First rate cleaning removed stains on an off white carpt I never expected to come out. Have shown pictures of work in progress to friends and co workers what a difference!! I thought it was a soapy side vs uncleaned side... oh no he told me that is the color of your cleaned carpet! Highly recommened to everyone. They all wanted his number anyway.

Very impressive service! I used the on-line scheduler and received confirmation along with follow-up e-mail explaining how to prepare for the cleaning. I received another e-mail reminder the day before service. He was a bit late for appointment, but notified me that he was on his way. Eric put on booties as soon as he walked in the door, used floor protectors, corner guards and front door protector / insulator. The equipment was top notch and powerful. Prior to the cleaning, I was ready to tear out my family room carpet due to, but it looks excellent now. The last couple of services that I've chosen for minimum area cleaning seemed to be on a mission to get done as quickly as possible, but Eric took his time and was meticulous. I'm not sure that I've ever used a carpet cleaning service twice (even one which was highly rated on Angie's list), but this time I've found my keeper! I will definitely use Absolute Resurface again!

We have used Eric in the past with amazing results in his work. This time was no different and we had some serious dog stains from urineabd other noxious things on our carpet. I am happy to say that every single stain is out and the carpet looks like new again! He also repaired the dog damage by taking another piece of carpet and patched it in the hole that our dog made and it looks like nothing ever happenned to the carpet--amazing! I thought I would have to replace the entire carpet. Eric is extremely easy to work with, a true professional who takes his work very seriously. We will have him back every year to clean our carpet and next year we are going to have him clean our handmad oriental rugs.

This is the best out there! I've been getting my carpet cleaned for 30 years and never found anyone that is as thorough and professional.. I found Eric a few years and can say with certainty that I will never look elsewhere as long as he is in business.

He arrived on time, set up protective coverings on hardwoods and at any point hoses could touch anything. The cleaning was done so professionally, the carpet looks great. Eric explained what to do for the drying time, left footies to use while drying. They cleaned up and were gone. Very, very professional.

We have used Eric twice now. I continue to be AMAZED at how hard he works. We have two small dogs who are not potty trained. He scrubs and treats our carpets until you would never know! I would recommend him to anyone for big jobs and small.

The whole experience was wonderful. The owner of the company (not sure if there are even any employees) did a fantastic job. My carpets look new, the tile sparkles and so does my house and garage. I didn't know it was possible to get things like this to look new, but they do! Will have him come back to pressure wash each year and do our carpets as well, at least until we pull the carpet up and put down hard wood.

He did a fantastic job! The tile was so dirty but we didn't even know how dirty it was until after it was cleaned because it looked like a whole new floor! The bedroom carpets were the same way. He worked miracles! We will definitely hire him again in the future and I have recommended friends and family to him.

He did a fantastic job! The house had been sitting empty for 2 years and was quite dirty and had mildew growing in some places. He also pressure washed our detached garage. He arrived on time and spent the better part of the day cleaning both the house and garage. It looked amazing when he finished! He cleaned the porches, stairs, carport, everything! We couldn't have been happier and we will have him come back each year to pressure wash again!

He did an excellent job! This work was done in a house we just purchased that had been empty for some time and we were concerned that we would need to replace the carpet, but he got it looking new again! We were very pleased! He did ask quite a lot about other things he could do, and that was a little awkward, but I understand that he was promoting his other services.

I was very satisfied with the work Eric did. It took a little longer than estimated, but that was due to the fact that we have 3 animals that shed like there is no tomorrow. I highly recommend him and will be using him again.

They came and gave a quote up front, it only took a few days to get the job scheduled and the job was completed on time and on budget.

Eric did a fantastic job on our upstairs carpet. He really took his time and clearly takes pride in his work. We have very light colored carpets and gave up hope on them, Eric helped bring them back life. I was very appreciative that he got us into his schedule on such short notice. This is the 5th company I have used for carpet cleaning since moving to Charlotte, Eric and Absolute Resurface Carpet clearly did the best job yet.

They were very good. He did more and beyond on what I had. Usually, when you tell somebody to clean a carpet and there is a stain in the next room, they won't do that, but he went in and did that too. He provided very good service. He was very good and I was very surprised.

Eric was perfect! He spend two hours on my sofa alone. It looks like the day we bought it. He used protectors on wall corners so the house would not damage them. I have never seen this done before.

Eric was very professional and pleasant. Overall, Eric was meticulous in preparation and cleaning of my carpets and tile floors. Outstanding service. Very happy.
