Great. Quick efficient service at a reasonable price.

Fabulous. I awoke at 5:30am to the sound of running water that I could not identify. At 6:00am I discovered that my Hot Water heater had sprung a substantial leak and was flooding my garage. I called three service providers. To be told by one that this was not his job of preference but If I couldn't find anyone else to do it to order a unit from the hardware store, have it delivered and he would connect it for me. I got a quote from another for $2000-2500 sight unseen. And my final quote was from a provider who sent someone to look at it by 10am. He gave me a quote but couldn't do the job. They promised to send someone else to install it once I agreed on the quote which I'd be contacted with. They called and quoted $1095.00 without the required permits which would cost about $250.00 extra. I called John on a whim and left a message. He works in the Matthews area and I'm all the way on the North side of Charlotte. He called me back within the hour. Quoted me a price. Was here by Noon and done before 3pm. He replaced worn parts that I would have been charged extra for and had everything taken care of by the end of the day. I think I had 3 plumbing emergencies that month. My water heater went out. My kitchen faucet had low water pressure and my garbage disposal went out. He came back on each occasion eventhough he normally works on the south side of town and he was reasonably priced each time. He is my hero.
