They cleaned screens,washed and dried them before they put them back in place.Washed window inside and out ,but not the mini blinds.But they are not in the miniblind business.They are a window cleaning service.

Roger, the owner of Abide Window services, came out with his crew to clean the windows himself. Not only did he do an amazing job on both the interior and exterior of the windows, he was extremely reasonable on price and just an all around great guy. His responsiveness was excellent. I highly recommend Abide Window Services!

Roger and the Abide team were fantastic as always. They were on-time, completed the work faster than estimated, and were always polite and courteous. Having the windows cleaned required them to be in and out of our house at multiple times and they did an excellent job of keeping everything clean, being polite, and keeping distractions and disruptions to a minimum.

They were great to work with, were on time, worked around my schedule and got things cleaned in a timely manner. My windows look great and I will be using them again in the future. Roger told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns.

As usual, Roger and his helper did an excellent job! The house looks great, as do the concrete surfaces. I have used Abide several times in the past and am always completely pleased with their work.

We had them do additional work and that resulted in about an extra $100 to $150.

We have used Abide in the past. When they show up they do an excellent and professional job. For our previous window cleaning we went to another company because Abide failed to show up at the agreed to time. We liked their work and decided to give Abide another opportunity. When we talked to them we agreed to their schedule, nearly 3 weeks out and adjusted our plans to accommodate their availability. Once again they did not show up at the scheduled time. Only after I called and canceled the appointment via his voicemail did he call back stating simply "I am sorry we are very busy". Had they called when they knew they would be late, surely an hour or two before they were due at our home, we most likely could have worked around his tardiness.

Excellent service in all aspects. Called to update us on the time they would arrive. Worked quickly and carefully, and worked around furniture on the inside and around shrubs etc outside. Completed in a timely manner.

Wow. Wow. Wow. What an awesome job. From the automated quoting, to the scheduling, to the actual work, to the clean up and final payment this was absolutely one of the best jobs we as consumers have ever experienced. The website was very helpful in helping me organize what I wanted done. It asked me about my services needs and walked me through the quoting process first as a ball-park quote and then as an exact quote - all without ever needing to talk with anyone. The warm person was an option but everything went so smoothly online I thought I would see it through. I got an automated response from the quote process telling me that someone would call. Much to my surprise I received a call from Roger early the next day (I had asked for the quote after hours). He went over the quote making sure I understood it and asking if I had any question - everything was fine and again to my surprise he scheduled the work for the following Monday morning. Again another email reminding me of the date and times. Roger and team called me 15 minutes before the appointment time to say they were headed over - they showed up right on time. The first thing Roger asked me was if there was anything they needed to now like were there pets he needed to watch out for as they open and close doors all day as they worked. What a nice touch - that attention to detail was continued as they wore slips over their shoes, took care with the bottom of their ladders on my hardwood floors. I even had a cedar close to the house which encroached on the gutter. They took care to be sure that this cedar and all my scrubs were carefully looked after as they worked. I had a couple of damaged screens I did not know about and he swapped several ones we were not using for those that were damaged. One gutter was fully blocked - they cleared it with no problems. They let me know that several of my downspouts had the extra challenge of tennis balls from my kids blocking things - a learning opportunity for the kids. Now the actual job of cleaning - the windows are all very clear and clean which is a challenge - the screens look like new - I had no idea they were that dirty. All my gutters are clear all the way through the French drains. In my great room, I have a ceiling fan that is two stories up in the middle of the room. This is a challenge for anyone. Roger got up there and cleaned it and replaced two bulbs that I had no idea how to get them replaced. I had missed several windows in my window count - the ones in the garage - I never think of them. Even with those extra windows the final bill came in less than the online quote. Be sure to let Roger know you saw them on Angie's list - he gives a small discount for that. I would use these guys again as I plan to replace all my screens next season - they have become brittle with the sun. I would not think of using anyone else. Rodger and his team arrived on time - asked if we had any special requests. Looked over all windows - some of which were new and needed stickers removed. Assigned his crew to different areas and did the work in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and professional friendly attitude. My wife was also pleased that Rodger accepted her credit card for payment.

Roger and his crew cleaned my windows in and out and did a great job. They were courteous & professional. Anything that was moved was put back in place and the windows really are spotless! Roger also gave me a report on the exterior condition of my windows and the gutters. I would recommend and plan to use them for future cleaning.

Scheduling was easy and professional. Receive appropriate email and phone reminder of upcoming appointment. Arrived on time, introduced himself and his crew. All 3 gentlemen were professional, pleasant and very efficient. Even went above and beyond and showed me areas where our double paned glass was leaking.

Roger and his team were fantastic! They arrived on time and explained how they would operate within my home. They were very professional and took extra precautions to ensure that the inside of my home remained clean. They quickly cleaned the interior windows and they were so quiet that I barely knew they were in my house. I am super particular with people working inside my house and they met all of my expectations. I will absolutely have them back in the future to have the whole deal done again! They were very polite and trustworthy and they really did a great job. My house looks brand new again!

Crew of three people including the owner worked from 9 am until about noon. Excellent job.

Excellent, as I knew it would be (Roger and his crew cleaned the outside of our house last year, with excellent results). Work was carefully and thoroughly done. Workers are pleasant and professional.

Fantastic! The crew was very efficient and carefully moved items that were in their way. They were so quiet, you don't realize they're there. In short order, they completed the job and keft.

Roger and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. They had to move the furniture and work around all my children. They left the place in perfect condition when they were done. The were quick, but thorough. He was prompt and easy to schedule the appointment. I left a message and he returns the call within 24 hours.

It went very well and met, if not exceeded, my expectations. My windows haven't been cleaned in years because my previous window cleaner is no longer in business. I only wish I found Abide sooner. Their prices were reasonable and the service fantastic. It even rained later that day and the next day and they look as good as they did when he finished. I have mullions that are difficult to remove and install and they handled this carefully and with ease. They are extremely polite and attentive to a clients needs. I will definitely call them again.
