Roger and his crew did a great job (we've used Roger 2x now). Roger has outstanding character and always does a professional job while being personable. Aside from power washing my house, Roger and his crew went above and beyond as I asked him to clean my fence (it had mildew). That was an additional service he provided (that I only asked him to perform while he was onsite). Of course, I paid him extra for it (because it was beyond the original scope of power washing my house). My house and fence are so clean now!!!

We had never used a professional window service until we used Abide Window Service in 2016. They did such a great job at a reasonable price that we used them again 8-1-17. Very happy with their service again this year.

We started out with only the exteriors of upstairs windows cleaned, but adjusted to all the exteriors plus the interiors of celestory widows as well while the work was being performed. The company adjusted the price fairly and did exactly as asked.

Communication with Abide was great. They were very responsive to all emails and it was very easy to obtain a quote and schedule our appointment. On the scheduled day, they arrived on time and were very professional. Our house looked great after the pressure washing and windows were crystal clear and streak free. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Roger Lapham, owner of Abide Window Services, and his crew arrived exactly at the appointed time. The washing was done with very low pressure and the siding and brick work looked like new. As an additional service, they moved furniture out of porch to do the work then replaced it upon completion of job. We have used Abide Window Services since 2011 and have always been extremely pleased with their work.

I am very pleased with the work that they performed. Roger and his crew were very professional and punctual. The quote provided was fair and accurate (Roger even reduced the original online estimate once coming to my house and reviewing the scope of work). The quality of service was top notch.

They were quick in responding. I would tell others that they don't hand washed, they link up to your hose pipe, which is not perfect. It's not a hand wash, so I think it's not quite as particular than when they actually have the cloth in their hand. The workers were all very nice. They did a really good job overall but they need to focus on the detail.

It went great, they were prompt, polite, thorough and neat in their work. I would totally trust and use them again.

Outstanding job by Roger and his assistant! Requested an online quote - great system! Roger immediately responded that he had an appointment the same afternoon. I received updates that they were on their way. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely and very professional matter. We have a couple of windows that are tough above a pergola and they were able to maneuver and clean them. There was lots of dirt and grime on the window sills but they did a great job cleaning, now they they sparkle! My windows are very clean, no streaks! I will certainly contact Roger at Abide next year when it is time to have my windows cleaned again!

It was a great first impression, Roger and his co-worker were prompt, efficient, and even listened to me ramble on about life when they first got there. I appreciate someone who comes into my home and is respectful but about getting the job done. Thank you Roger for a job well done, and I will see you back next year (if my house doesn't sell -smile)!

Great job. Roger was very professional in getting us a quote and he and his team showed up on time. They did a great job, cleaned up even the leaves on the deck that were not from gutters. We received a quote for window cleaning and will be sure to use Roger this spring.

As always, the windows are amazingly clean and clear. The gutters are cleared and the debris was removed. The power washing was not completed because the machine was not working.
