This is by far the best service I have ever experienced. Quality, value, and professionalism were exceeded beyond my expectations. The owner, Roger Lapham, responded to my last minute request to fit me in to his extremely busy schedule. On the scheduled day of work, he called me prior to our agreed arrival time to confirm and actually arrived a few minutes early. He completed the work in a timely manner with outstanding results. I will recommend Roger as long as he stays in business which I hope is a very long time!

He is a really nice man. He is very reasonable. He was about twenty dollars cheaper than the last one. He cleans up after himself. He started a couple years ago. The quality is very good. He is courteous and efficient.

We contacted them for an estimate, referencing Angie's List, which they provided promptly. In doing the job, they arrived when they said they would. It was well below freezing that morning so they cleaned the windows on the sunny side of the house but couldn't do the ones in the shade. We rescheduled the remainder and they returned as planned to complete the job. They provided the Angie's list discount without being asked. We were very satisfied and will use them again.

I called Roger because of the glowing reports on Angie's List and was impressed with his professionalism and personality. I wanted my windows done quickly since we were putting the house on the market and he was able to accommodate me. Roger called to confirm the time he would arrive with his helper, Paul. At my request, they began on the shady side of the house and worked their way around. They were so quick that the sun was still on the last window, but did not hesitate to go back over the remaining streaks even though it meant getting up on ladders again both inside and outside. I was not surprised to open my Angie's List magazine yesterday and see Abide Window Services listed in the "Pages of Happiness".

I have double hung windows that have panes and storm windows. Some had spray paint residue along with years of dirt. Roger and helper have them looking crystal clear now. I could never imagine they would look this clean. They also cleaned a patio door, storm door and glass door. I called to schedule an estimate. I live in an area they were going to be in the next day. They called me in advance so I could leave work to meet them. They already reviewed the windows and had the estimate ready when I pulled into the driveway. I hired them to do the work which they were able to do in just a few days. They called prior to arriving that morning to let me know they were on their way. They did a wonderful job. I plan to use them again.

I was instantly at ease with Roger over the phone when I called to schedule. He knew exactly where I lived and what kind of homes were in my neighborhood. After we talked about what kind of model home I had, he was able to give me a quote over the phone that he honored. He scheduled a time that worked for me several weeks in advance. I was half-worried that he'd forget it because it was so far in advance, but true to his promise he called me the day before to confirm. He showed up promptly, and worked around our house cleaner who was doing a deep cleaning service for us. The speed of his work is amazing, the price is perfect, and the quality of his work is fantastic. I already have a note on my calendar to call him in 6 months. At this price, and for this quality, there's just no reason not to use Abide routinely. Our house is so much brighter and cleaner, it's like a new home!

Arrived on time. Beautiful job. Spent extra time cleaning some that needed special work. When working outside had to deal with several copperheads that were seen in the bushes! Despite this hazard all were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Our windows had not had a good cleaning in over 4 years and with the holidays approaching, I didn't have a free weekend to devote to the project. I called Roger to inquire about his service and made an appointment for him to come out the following week. He called back to confirm and called again the morning of the appointment to say he was on his way. He was great! His work was thorough, my windows look beautiful and I would highly recommend him to anyone. His service was very reasonably priced ($6/window) and he saved me a great deal of time. Plus the windows probably look better than they would had I been the cleaner!

Roger was very patience with me on setting up a time that worked best for me. They arrived right on scheduled and completed the work in about 3 hours. The work was very good and because of the height of the gutters in the back of the house, they had to come back another day when they could get a ladder that was long enough. All work was performed as expected and would recommend them for future work and I am also working to set up a twice a year time for them to come back and repeat the same work. Seems that it is hard to go wrong with this selection.

They were polite, courteous and careful of everything in the house including the curtains and such. They were very careful of plants and such at the base of the house. The windows had not been done for 5 years but do they sparkle now.

Roger was amazing. I called Sunday night and left a message begging to be squeezed in sometime during the week before our house showing on Friday. Roger called me back first thing Monday morning and fit me in the very next day! He came on time and did an AMAZING job!! Our house looks brand new. A total transformation! I had no idea what a difference clean windows make on your home. It really makes the house sparkle. Roger was so professional, and could not have done a better job. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am going to have him come clean our windows every 3 months at our new house, and look forward to working with him again.

I needed to have a large chandelier cleaned on very short notice. I called Roger to see if they were available. He went out of his way to fit us in that same day, arrived on time and did a great job. He and his partner were professional, friendly and courteous. And their quote was more than reasonable.

The owner arrived on time and started right away. It was a hot day, in the mid 90's but he worked without stopping. It took approximately 6 hours. Such a pleasant young man.

It went very well. He is ambitious and enthusiastic and I am having him return to pressure wash my deck. His pricing was more reasonable than the ones I had been using.

Roger and his cohort arrived on time, were extremely friendly and polite, and got right to work. It took them from morning till night and they only took a very short lunch break. They were so sweet to my children and took a lot of pride in their work. Roger went above and beyond in removing some of my windows from the outside that had been painted shut inside. I was extremely happy with the job that they did and have already recommended them to some neighbors. They also charged a fair amount less than another company's estimate I had gotten last year.

Roger did an excellent job! He is very professional, courteous and thorough. I felt comfortable having him in my home with my wife and infant daughter while I was at work. He's the type of contractor that really respects your home and makes you feel at ease. I actually just recommended Roger and Abide to a co-worker looking for window cleaning services. He's the type of contractor you won't regret working with or recommending.

We were very please with the work, service and price. We notice the difference when we use companies that the owner is actually doing the work, verses an employee or contractor. Roger, who is the owner, not only does good work but is pleasant,courteous and a honest individual. We highly recommend this this company.
