Roger and Raymond were punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The corners of the window tracks needed to be better cleaned and they did forget to put back 2 screens (not a big deal). Roger also pointed out a broken seal on one of my windows which could become a problem in the future. Overall, it was a good experience and I thank them for helping me out with this job.

This is the second time I have used Abide. They are a top notch company. Wonderful customer service and the windows sparkle. I highly recommend them, and I do to everyone I know.

Roger arrived on time with a courtesy call in the morning to remind me. They were extremely professional, courteous, friendly and tidy. They cleaned every window inside and out as well as the screens and cleaned our gutters. Before they began they asked if we had any small children napping as they did not want to disturb them. (I thought that was very thoughtful) They were very tidy and never dripped water or soap on the floors or furniture. They were polite and very attentive to the job. They cleaned every window even the garage door windows, not a streak or spot anywhere. Our windows look amazing and they removed a lot of junk from the gutters which they bagged up and took away with them, they never left a trace of anything. A wonderful experience from a very dedicated and professional team, they went above my expectations and were a pleasure to work with.

He?s charged me the same all these years. I want everybody to know how excellent he is. He?s a Christian, that?s how he got his name. That means a lot to me. He?s personable, honest and clean. He?s just a good guy, easy to talk to. He takes care of my neighbor and myself and we are elderly. He treats us good.

Very easy to contact. Very prompt and helpful. Showed up at appointed time and did a thorough, fast service. They also noted several hidden areas of vinyl siding and minor shingle problems that were causing some small rot. They took care to point these out to me. They corrected what issues they could themselves without being asked. These are great people and a real value. I am recommending them to my entire neighborhood.

When I first contacted Mr. Lapham, I was struck by his professional demeanor. He was well-spoken and upbeat, quick to point out that his company was fully insured, and that he had done this sort of thing before. This was encouraging to me, because nobody wants an uninsured contractor falling off of his rooftop. So, right away I had a comfort level with Mr. Lapham that I didn't have with some of those who had given me quotes on the job. At $70, Lapham's quote tied the lowest bid that I had received for the job, which was further good news. Lapham beat the highest bid by $80! And that high bidder was the only other bidder that had impressed me with its experience and professionalism. As to the work itself, I mentioned above that they knocked out the job in less than an hour. There work was done well, and they cleaned up after themselves. As I settled up with Lapham, he further cemented my impression of his intelligence and customer-focus, by pointing out to me that the roof had some spots that were not in great shape. I had already known that, but if I hadn't, the only way I would ever find out is if someone like Lapham told me! Overall, dealing with Abide was a very good experience.

They did a WONDERFUL job. They were very careful of my personal items in the house as they cleaned the inside windows. They removed every screen and cleaned them. They guys were also extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable with them in my house. I will definately use them twice a year to keep my windows sparkling and highly recommend them.

They are great. My windows are sparkly and clean. They offered to come back if I wasn?t satisfied with their work. They had to remove the storm windows and they reinstalled them properly.

They tried to please us as a customer. He was prompt and came by afterwards to make sure that everything was okay. He was very courteous. I will use them again in the future.

I have used them twice. They are very reliable, have cheerful and extremely hardworking employees. One of the things I was impressed with this last time was that, he had given me an estimate and when he finished the work he said there were actually too fewer windows than he had originally counted, so, he lowered the price which kind of shocked me because I have had no such experiences. I never would have noticed that.

Contacted Abide on 10/1 in the morning. They came out to give me an estimate later that morning and cleaned all the exterior windows and six high interior windows around the entry of my home the following day! Very professional and efficient. Only mistake I made was not having them do all the interior windows as well. The exterior looked so great - but had no idea how dirty the insides were!

Roger Lapham and his team did a phenomenal job -- working at 3 stories above the ground in places. They were courteous, on time and fast. I would definitely recommend Abide to anyone.

Called firm and got quick service on time as promised. The owner and his assistant worked well together and thoroughly cleaned all windows. Pressure washing did quality job on the mildew which had surfaced on the wood siding and sidewalks.

They were excellent. They arrived on time. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved and put it all back. The job took about 21/2 hours for two men.

This company is excellent to work with. The windows look great. And when I called a few days later about a couple of minor problems and questions after the work, Roger came back and fixed everything up with no additional charges. He was very professional, courteous and charged a very fair price. Definitely will use them again.

Wonderful, I had a choice of available times and they were even early. Very efficient, extremely careful of our thing, no marks on the walls or drips from 2nd story windows - our house looks so much nicer with clean windows! I thought the price was extremely fair and felt I got much more for my money than I have with past contractors.
