I found them through Angie's List. They were very punctual and did a great job. They cleaned my next-door neighbor’s windows as well on the same day. She was very pleased too.

He came with two others and the whole thing went very well. They are also very clean and use drop cloths. I was very pleased. I was able to use the $20 coupon also.

They were professional and they did a good job.

The gang from Abide did an AMAZING job on my windows. They were prompt, courteous and delivered some of the best service that I've had in years. My windows sparkle like never before. I'm going to have Abide come back in the spring to do some power washing and gutter cleaning. Abide's high scores on Angie's List are well-deserved. Our experience with Roger's team was exceptional. I have no complaints at all. Service, quality, price, and workmanship are tops. All three people were hard-working and polite, working steadily to complete the job.

Roger and his assistant did an absolutely great job and I have already scheduled him for the same service next year. I have also recommended him to a couple of neighbors.

They did a fantastic job. Very professional and careful of surroundings. They even wore shoe covers in the house. We will definitely call them again.

I had simply called for an estimate. He was extremely professional and polite. He gave me a quote and said he could do the job the following week so long as I called within the next day or two to schedule. He wasn't pushy at all, and I certainly will call again. The only reason I didn't use him was that another company could come the very next day (a Saturday). My gutters were overflowing and my lawn desperately needed drying up!

I called them on Sunday and they called me back Monday, had them here on Tuesday! They did a really nice job, were friendly and courteous, although it took a little longer than I expected (but that was probably due to my unrealistic assessment). We just moved into this house and the windows looked like they had not been cleaned in 5-10 years. They did a thorough job on both the storm windows and the paned windows. Some of the window panes had slight smears around the edges, but given the condition they started in and that it could have been smeared paint from the owner's DIY paintjob, I really didn't mind too much. Overall I was very satisfied and have no problem recommending them.

Very simple Roger came out to the house and did an estimate, a week later the work was done, gutter cleaning, pressure washed the outside (siding) and also pressure washed the front porch every thing looked great, that was done on the rental property and now I need to have them come out to my current house

I needed to have all the windows [27 reg. + 5 extra large], one chandelier in a 2-story foyer and gutters cleaned in a large two-story home. I called Roger Lapham at Abide Window Services, left a message and he returned my call shortly thereafter. We discussed the job and what he would be doing, gave me a quote which I accepted and we set a date to have the work performed. Roger called the night before to find out if it was still convenient to do the work as we had originally planned. He arrived the next day at the time he promised [9:30am] and he and his partner began their work after a brief conversation of any concerns I had. He called my attention to a small problem area I had with my large front window [construction cement had left pock marks in the bottom portion of the glass]. He also said he did not charge me for the gutter removal because they were basically empty. They finished around 1:00-1:30pm. They left everything neat and clean, nothing was disturbed or out of place. I was extrememly pleased and will definitely use this firm again. They were both personable and professional young men and were very respectfull of my home and property.

Everything went as planned. They gave me an estimate, came as expected and cleaned the windows beautifully, all with good humor and pleasantness.

Roger and his assistant did a wonderful job cleaning the exterior of our house and all of the windows and screens. They were very professional and polite. Some small furniture (night table, chair) in a couple of the rooms needed to be moved so they could easily get to the windows to remove the screens. Roger carefully moved what he needed and then put the room back together when he was finished. They took pride in their work and wanted to make sure I was happy with the cleaning before they left. I will definitely use Roger again and recommend him to my neighbors!

Roger is fantastic! He got me an appt. within a week. He was right on time. Very friendly and accomodating. He and his assistant worked around my baby's nap schedule in terms of where they were cleaning so they wouldn't wake her. He went above and beyond to clean one of my ceiling fans for me that is very high up. They worked very hard and were very efficient. Excellent, excellent work and a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. My only small complaint is that some dirt/grass was tracked in when they came inside after doing the outside, even though they wore shoe covers.

Went very well. Arrived on time, completed the pressure washing and washing of windows in a professional manner and left approximately 2.5 hours after arrival.

Roger and his crew arrived on time as scheduled, and worked from 9.00 AM till after 7.00 PM at a steady pace. They were professionals and very organized. When they had finished, my windows were sparkling!! They even cleaned the screens! I fully intend to have them back again next summer.

Roger called me back very soon after I left a message for him. We talked about pricing and when I needed the job done. We scheduled and he came on this date. He is a very professional young man and eager to please. I wanted everything to look good and did have to point out a few things that were overlooked but he had no problem with this and got everything done. I also have storm windows which aren't easy to clean and permanent muttons..... He had one helper with him. The job took all day and was completed. I will call him again for future work and highly recommend him.

As always, it went very well. Roger and his team showed up on time, were very respectful of the house when on the inside and wore shoe booties. The windows look great as do the gutters. This is the third time we have used Roger and he has always done a great job. And having clean windows is something we look forward to every Spring!
