ALex and his team was truly AMAZING!!! They came early, did amazing work (replaced the roof) and left my years spotless. His price was more than fair and you can tell he doesn’t cheat customers. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!! You won’t get a better deal in NC

A Breath of Fresh Air! After speaking with Alex it was clear that he is a very knowledgeable, nice, extremely fair-priced contractor who cares about his customers, the integrity of his work and his business reputation. I noticed ceiling water-spots throughout my home after a major storm here in Charlotte, NC. The major roofing companies were quoting 3 to 5-week service times. Alex reported the very next day and came early for the appointment. He promptly investigated and discover my issue and provided pictures in addition to his â on-the-spotâ estimate that revealed the damage to my roof. He performed the required repairs quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Alex as it was simply a pleasure conducting business with him.

Alex returned my call promptly and got me scheduled right away. He and his co-worker were polite, efficient and did high quality work. He showed me where the leak had likely originated and why, and then explained what they did to prevent it from happening again. He offers a guarantee on his work. He gave poor customer service because he did not make his first appointment and I had to call him and he called me Saturday to come out right away and I had an appointment at that time and had to leave when he came. I was dissatisfied that he had to come Saturday when he said it was dry. I do not ;like leaving someone outside of my home when I am not there and he could not discuss with me what he was doing step by step so I knew what I was paying for.

Alex did a roof inspection. Showed where the water sound was coming from. Verified roof wasn’t leaking. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Will contact him next time I need anything roofing done.

AAM Construction called immediately after the request was sent in. They had many excellent reviews so had them come to check out my issue. Came next morning, this was basically an emergency job to make a few minor repairs to an architectural asphalt shingle roof. They made the repairs in a very timely fashion for a reasonable price.

very thorough and efficient. I had a leak in one area of the roof. He inspected the entire roof and provided photos of the problem area. He explained the recommended repair and showed me the materials he would use to complete the repair. He returned within a week to complete the repairs and again showed photos of the work completed. Alex and his crew came out and made a repair. I was impressed and the job was efficient and timely. Then it rained and my leak came back. Alex promptly came back and showed me the leak was in the overhang from my deck to my roof. He said I will come back and put a water barrier ice shield material down and shingles. He said not extra charge however I could not accept free labor. We settled and I would recommend AAM to anyone. They were great to work with and when I need a new roof they are at the top of my list.

Alex and his crew were amazing. He called me within 30 seconds of asking for a quote, and was at my house that afternoon to assess the job. I needed some soffit repair work done, but he inspected the entire roof and informed me of all the possible issues that he found. He made it clear that he would do as much or as little as I wanted, but he wanted me to be informed. The work was done in a day, and he sent pictures and videos of the before, during, and after of all the work they did. Very professional, and they did a great job.
