Same-day response to HA posting (in fact, within 15 minutes of posting). Came when he said he would, both for the estimate and for the work. Didn't just replace shingles over the ceiling leak but found where water was getting under the tiles. Kept us informed of what he was doing and why. Honored "estimate," even though he did some extra work. Personable and easy to work with.

We had a leak in our bathroom that was coming from the roof. Called many of the larger roofers and they wouldn't even call me back. After asking for help on HomeAdvisor I heard from Alex that very same day. He came out according to my schedule and determined that the cause of the leak was around the vents. He showed me pictures and explained what was needed and why it was leaking. I was happy that he didn't try to sell me on big repairs that I didn't need. His pricing was good and he fixed it the day he came for the free estimate. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

this company did give me a good analysis of the problem of a leaking roof. and he repaired it. that repair seems to be a permanent fix and I like that. the only qualifier that I have is that Alex had a tendency to to forget what he had said he was going to do. I did have an issue with the color he used to paint the repair he made because it did not match my previous color. this is a Townhouse Association situation. Alex made good and did eventually repaint the repair with a correct color. I like this man and I think he is trustworthy. but you may need to remind him.

Free estimate and friendly. Licensed, bonded and insured. Did not show up as scheduled and did not call. I finally called him and was advised work postponed.

When Alex responded to our project. His estimate was right on. I selected him for my project. He was on time for his estament appointment. Alex came with his insurance papers and why we should hire his company. Alex is a very positive person. I liked him right away. His handshake and eye contact were very important for me. He was on time and cleaned up.

I am very pleased with Alex and the experience getting my roof repaired and finding areas that needed correcting sooner instead of later. I feel certain that he has saved me from a lot of future problems and expense.

I could not have asked for a more professional experience. Alex took pictures of the places that needed work, told me what the repairs would entail, how much it would cost, and when he would be at my house to do the work. I got quotes from two other companies, and neither of them seemed much interested once it was determined that I did not need a completely new roof. Alex didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. The work was completed in good time and clean up was thorough. Honest and professional. What more could you ask?
