Alex gave me a very reasonable quote on what the repair would be, and there were no hidden surprises that cost me more money. In fact, he even did a couple extra things without at no extra cost. He was professional and finished the job in less than an hour. I highly recommend AAM Construction.

Alex detected and corrected a severe roof leak that 3 others could not find or correct. The work was done last September. I called him to come back this week to check everything out and he did so promptly.

AAM repaired the issue quickly (same day) and provided a no cost inspection which caught two other minor issues. Timing was perfect — we had a major storm the next day!

They replaced everything around the leaking area of the chimney and remove all of the old wood and shingles.

Had a vent cap on my roof that leaked into my house after a storm. Called AAM outside of normal business hours, but still willing to talk, and then came the next morning to help! So responsive! Free estimate, great work, 2 year warranty on workmanship. Even cleaned out my gutter. I have no reference point for the cost, but now I have peace of mind. Would recommend AAM to anyone. Customer service is exceptional.

This company did an excellent job! They arrived early around 7:45 am and they worked steady to complete the roofing job for my main house plus my garage in one day. The owner came back the next day to do a special chimney flashing in a way that will give leak proof protection for 50 years or more. What I loved most about this company is he actually works with his crew. All other people that I got estimates from were the sales reps. getting the job for their company. The owner knew his business & made me feel very comfortable in his trust. As a matter of fact, he even reduced my cost by a couple hundred dollars because of a mix up or confusion concerning the shingle color with another customer which delayed his actual start date for my roofing. He was very honest and up front about it. His team did a great job with cleanup too. I did not have to pay anything until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I'd highly recommend AAM Construction to anyone because you will not be disappointed.

I hired them to take care of an elderly man's home. He is 96 and lives alone. He was very happy with their work as they were courteous, respectful and neat. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in a timely fashion.

The owner knew what he was talking about. They went the extra step. very easy to deal with. Listened to what I had to say and did a little more then had to at no extra cost. Once they removed some shingles and found a bad piece of wood they recommend to check a 2nd area and found the wood under that area to also be bad. The crew was very pleasant and the job was done in a timey matter and everything was cleaned. At that point I was asked to check the finished product prior to paying for the job.

I hired them to do a roof repair and install an extra downspout. I really liked them when I hired them. He took a lot of pictures showing me all the problems with the roof when he gave me the quote. They were very punctual and did all the repairs in one day. But I am not sure whether they did everything they promised to do. The leak seems to be fixed, but I don't know whether they fixed all those little problems. He wasn't so keen on taking pictures of all the fixes. I guess it was the end of the day and he wanted to go home. I had to ask several times for the pictures. And when he did show me the pictures, he did it so quickly that made me suspect some of the smaller items were left unaddressed. The roof of my house is too steep and to high for me to go up there. And water never comes through the downspout because the gutters were slanted away from that corner. He never adjusted the gutters. I guess I was supposed to tell him that? I thought he was the professional. Anyway, I started really liking the guy at the beginning but now I am not so sure. But, the important problem I hired him for (the leak) is fixed.

Contacted me immediately and came out the next day to give an estimate on broken siding and replacing two gable vents. Also, they noticed a leak in my roof where a DirecTv dish was. I hired them to fix all and was completed in a few days. Will hire again.

They were on time. They worked on ladders in the rain to repair and replace a 7ft piece of siding as well as a loose shingle. Great customer service worked with me to schedule appointment on the weekend.
