Answered phone call quickly, set-up an inspection time suitable with roof issue, called enroute, showed up on time, inspected the roof, solved the problem, found several other pending issues, check with me, fixed all the issues, and very reasonably priced. In addition to promptness, he was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. Will keep his card and have him again if/when required.

Called for a leak in our ceiling. Found the problem very quickly. In addition he showed us other problem areas and fixed those as well. Very professional and went above and beyond making sure the job was complete.

Alex of AAM did a fantastic job on a tricky project at a great price. I had a very low pitched roof with a valley in it that had considerable rot including rafter damage. AAM replaced the rot, installed a water/ice barrier and re-shingled the affected area. He also reattached some gutters for me. Alex sent pictures throughout the process so I could see the damage and how the repairs were made. It was an excellent job at a very good price and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Thank you Alex and AAM!! -Dave H.

We chose AAM Construction thru HomeAdvisor. I telephoned and left a message. Alex returned my call right away and scheduled to visit same day. We were pleased with how professional he was. Our roof repair was taken care of to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion.

Alex was great to work with. Had roof damage from a tree falling, from a recent storm, onto our roof. Alex was professional, quick, and addressed other items I wouldn't have known about, but he was thinking for me while on the roof. Great attitude as well.

AAM was chosen through home advisor due to previous great reviews. They communicated promptly and visited the next day for an estimate. We had several places that needed repair in our roof. We thought we may need to replace the entire roof. But Alex explained everything, step by step, that would be necessary for repair. He told us the roof had several years of life yet and recommended repair only They came a few days later and completed all repairs for about a third of the cost of a new roof. Repair and cleanup were professional and efficient. I highly recommend AAM.

They were early!! issued a quote and various ways to approach the problem in question. We chose the least expensive one and hope it solves the problem. He promised to be back but felt this would be sufficient don't fix the problem. Very satisfied!!

We have just had AAM Construction - Alex Melendez owner - replace our roof and have been very pleased with both the quality of the work and the personal attention to detail. Alex stays on site while the work is being done and walks around the yard afterwards with a magnet making sure every nail is recovered. He communicated with the insurance company and kept us informed of those exchanges. His crew is on time and courteous, often having to stop work while we took our dogs out. From the first encounter, we've been treated with honesty and consideration. I don't usually post about a contractor, but this one went above and beyond. We highly recommend AAM Construction. Alex and AAM construction were fantastic. Alex was able to repair damage to my roof from a branch on the same day.

I asked Alex to repair the wood under the shingles that had water damage. He come to the house when I wasn t home and put tar down and didn t replace anything except the vent boots. When I called him to tell him there is still water damaged wood in the attic he offered to come back. He did come back to fix it and again he comes when we weren t home and when we saw the roof - he put DIFFERENT COLORED SHINGLES where he replaced the roofing. It looks so bad and I am very very angry at myself for thinking that he would do what I asked for his good quote. He didn t do what I asked and then did a terrible job when he came back to try to make it up to us

They got to me sooner than they thought. Started and we re finished and gone before I knew it. Took pictures through the process. Everything was perfect.

Alex's response to the work request was almost instant! He was over the next day to give an estimate, and back in 2 days to make the repair. Very friendly, courteous, and left the area very neat. Would absolutely recommend.

Alex was dependable and very nice. Cleaned up before left. Took pictures of his work and provided details to his work. I can not say speak to the quality or value because I can not see the roof and I need it to rain to be sure and I did not get a 2nd opinion. But with that said - I believe Alex is honest and fair - so I believe his work was good quality and a fair price.

Was able to get a quote and repair made within one week. Super nice guy and very fast turnaround. When I get my roof redone in a few years I will be giving him a call first.
