I've been using them for six years. They inspect for termites every year. They do a pretty good job. They don't charge extra for anything. Whatever they do is included in the quarterly plan. If I have any problems they come right out. They're neat and clean and I don't have to worry about them stealing my stuff. The quality of their service is good. I don't have any bugs.

I have used them for the past 6 years and they are great. If we have any issues in between I can call them and they come out pretty quickly. They are really responsive and have good technicians. I will use them again in the future.

About once a year, ants will find their way into my kitchen. With three kids, it can be difficult to keep crumbs off the floor. John or Bob (I believe the owner) will come out and go in the crawl space to find any nests that are forming. He finds their trails and then injects a liquid into small cracks where the ants are entering the house. Within several days if the ants are not gone, they will come back and treat again at no cost. They continue to do this until the problem is solved.

Technicians that came out were very professional and the services they performed were done well. We had a death in the family and were out for a few weeks. The scheduler/receptionist left a nasty voicemail on our home phone stating that if we did not renew in the next day that they would cancel our services, charge us at an increased rate. By the time we got back from the funeral, I attempted to returned her phone call. She was very unsympathetic and kind of snide with me and even when explaining our death in the family , stated we would have to pay the higher rate. Very disappointed in the scheduler not wanting to work with a loyal customer,(we were with them for a year) , so we decided to go with another service . Its a shame one person would turn away a loyal,faithful customer who paid on time every time. Hopefully she will see this and realize her actions not only affected one customer , but any future references from us.

I found them extremely reasonable. They are very prompt. They are very reasonable. They beat anybody’s estimate by 10%. I have used them for years and will continue to use them.

Great. Was 20 minutes EARLY-- that was great. Explained the contract and was very informative. They gave me tips on what to look for and told me what they cover. They also told me when to contact them.

They are honest and don't overcharge like some of the chains or local dishonest companies that in bed with the builders. They are reasonable on their annual termite program. Always professional, polite and helpful.

Very professional. Even though Bobby ran late, he had called me earlier in the day to let me know he was running behind. It is most appreciated since I do not live at the property and needed to meet him there.

I like everything from the way they conduct their business to the way they follow through.

I'm new to the area and I'm not familiar with some of the flora and fauna here. I've been worried that tiny ants are marching up and down my trees and doing damage. Nothing I tried has stopped them for long. Bob called promptly and was very informative and helpful even though there was no immediate business opportunity for him. He explained what was probably going on and identified two ways to treat it. Most of all, he assured me that ants are pretty common and that they were unlikely to be doing any serious damage. I'm very grateful for his taking the time to help. When I need pest control, I'll be sure to call him.

He was very informative and thorough. He showed us how we could tell if the house had been previously been treated. He talked to us about the different types of chemicals. We will have him come out and inspect before we move into the house.
