Description of Work: Installed complete new roof. new gutters all around. Still picking up nails 6 months later. Employee took 4 magnets from me. Took 2 1/2 months to get them back. The gutters were the worst job. Gutter on rear porc h fell off. and when ever it rained where there are two valleys rain just ran over the gutter.

Description of Work: AAA quoted a very fair price for a complete new roof. They were not the cheapest but the difference in service and professionalism, (with other roofing companies) was very obvious in the initial contact. The crew was polite, very respectful and cleaned up the property. Great experience and I would call again without any hesitation.

Description of Work: CALLED FOR ROOF LEAK AND THEY TALKED ME INTO A ''ROOF INSPECTION'' FOR $350 THAT COVERED LEAK REPAIRS AND 1 YR WARRANTY. CAME SAME DAY FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR. LEAKS RETURNED DURING NEXT RAINFALL. I MADE 3 DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS FOR WORK UNDER WARRANTY - THEY MISSED ALL THREE. ONE WAS DUE TO RAIN, BUT NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WEREN''T COMING. WHEN THEY FINALLY RETURNED TO FIX LEAKS UNDER WARRANTY, I WAS TOLD THAT WORK MAY/MAY NOT FIX LEAKS AND I NEEDED AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW ROOF. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE RESULTS OF THE 1ST INSPECTION AND REPAIR, I WAS TOLD THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN FIRED DUE TO POOR WORK.

Description of Work: MAY OF LAST YEAR THIS COMPANY PERFORMED A ''ROOF CHECK-UP'' ON MY ROOF AND PERFOMED SOME OTHER MINOR REPAIRS DUE TO STORM DAMAGE. THE ROOF CHECK-UP CAME WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP. THIS PAST MARCH I HAD A LEAK AND CALLED TO ASK THEM TO COME AND REPAIR THE LEAK, WHICH I UNDERSTOOD TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I DID HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY IN GETTING A CALL BACK. WHEN I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK, I ARRIVED HOME THAT EVENING TO FIND A QUOTE FROM THEM FOR A BRAND NEW ROOF - AT A COST OF OVER $4,000. NOT ONLY DID I NEVER ASK FOR A QUOTE, BUT THE HOUSE IS ONLY SEVEN YEARS OLD. WHY WOULD I NEED A NEW ROOF? I SENT A LETTER TO THE COMPANY STATING SAME. THEY BLAMED IT ON A PAPERWORK MIX-UP. BUT I COULDN''T HELP THINKING, WHAT IF I HAD BEEN SOMEONE WHO PERHAPS DID NOT KNOW ANY BETTER. WOULD THE COMPANY STILL HAVE TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW ROOF I DIDN''T NEED? DID NOT LEAVE ME WITH A GOOD FEELING. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: WE HAD OUR ENTIRE ROOF RE SHINGLED. THEY REMOVED ONE LAYER OF OLD ROOF AND RE SHINGLED WITH ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES AND WITH RIDGE VENTS. THEY INSTALLED SOFIT VENTS ALSO SO THE RIDGE VENT WORKS PROPERLY. THEY ALSO FIXED THE AREA AROUND OUR SKYLIGHT WITH A NEW SKYLIGHT KIT SO LEAKING WOULD STOP. THEY COMPLETED JOB IN TWO DAYS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH JOB THEY DID AND OUR ROOF. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON CLEAN UP. WE GOT A LOT OF QUOTES AND THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND THE MOST IMPRESSIVE WITH EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WOULD DO, ETC.

AFTER BRINGING TO MEMBERS ATTENTION SOME LUMBER THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED THEY PREPARED ANOTHER ESTIMATE OF THE ADDED COST AND LEFT THE LUMBER OUT SO MEMBER COULD INSPECT IT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER OTHERS DUE TO LOW PRICE AND GREAT SERVICE.
Description of Work: COMPLETE TEAR-OFF OF TWO LAYERS OF SHINGLES, REPLACED DAMAGED WOOD, REROOFED WITH ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES, REMOVED VENTILATION FAN, AND ADDED RIDGE VENTS ON MAIN ROOF AND DETACHED GARAGE.
