I was ready to put a new system in because ours is 10 years old and we have had multiple leaks. Aaron talked me out of it, even though he would be doing the install. He said that right now that it would be more financially sound to just continue to repair the leaks. He has promptly responded each time. Aaron is very professional and personable.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them both on their performance, quality of the irrigation system and the price.

Aaron responded to our email quickly and set up an appointment with us within a few days. He came on time and performed the work quickly. The fixes to the system were great and the new spray heads added to cover some new planting areas work wonderfully. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends!

The company gave us a quote, which was VERY limited in description, and in fact, was missing a key component. More disturbing was their casual attitude toward complying with current Charlotte irrigation meter regulations. I decided not to use Williamson because of this. However, I am sure they knew how to put the irrigation system in.

Problems in system were identified quickly and handled with care. Extremely professional and straight-forward. Left my yard in much better condition than it was when they arrived. I really couldn't be happier with A Williamson's Irrigiation and would recommend to friends. These guys know what they are doing!

I called Williamson's the day before the services and spoke to Aaron. He offered to come out first thing the next morning (b/w 7:00am and 7:30am) to run a test of the system. He arrived, as promised, at 7:15am and got right to work. Aaron tested the system and quickly identified several relatively minor issues which he repaired. He was professional and performed as advertised. I would definitely recommend this Company and plan to work with them again.

Called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon to fix everything and checked additional sprinkler heads too. Great response and work. Will definitely use again!

I had to call them several times before I got a response but when they came they took care of everything that I had a problem with-fixing a leak and setting up my sprinkler so it would go on when wanted it to... I was very satisfied with the work I had done, they were professional and friendly and they explained each step as they did them. I would use this company again>

We have used Williamson's Irrigation services since 2008. Aaron has always been very professional and timely. Also his bills remain true to his estimates. He keeps you appraised of any developments and there are never surprise charges. Our most recent service call addressed a leak in the irrigation system, as well as repositioning/replacing several sprinkler heads. The job was done satisfactorily in about two hours (the estimated time) and for the estimated cost.

Sprinkler valve blew on our older (2000) system late in the winter due to a freeze. It likely had never been properly serviced since installation (we've only lived in the house a couple of years ourselves). Aaron had one of his team come out the next day to look at it and he ordered the part. We received a call within the next week for them to come do the work. We were originally scheduled for 5/24 or 5/25, but they called us on the morning of 5/21 with an opening for that day. The employee replaced the valve and tested the remainder of system (which required two sprinkler heads replaced and minor adjustments to individual heads). Aaron was very professional over the phone. The gentleman that came out to do the work was also very professional and quite thorough in his testing and repair of our aging sprinkler system. Overall, a wonderful experience. We will definitely call them for our future needs!

Aaron was very responsive to our needs. He provided an estimate when called by our lawn care provider, and was available to do the work despite having to do it at a different timeframe than scheduled. We had planned to have fencing installed first, but, when the fencing company had to delay the work, Aaron was flexible and willing to work around their schedule. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to my calls. When our sod was laid, he had someone come right out and adjust the sprinklers to water the sod. Everything is working great! He provides the opportunity for an annual maintenance contract and we are going to take him up on it.

I can't say enough how awesome Williamson's Irrigation is. They return calls promptly, they listen attentively, they show up when they say they will and the price they quote is the price you pay. They are outstanding in every way!

Other companies have attempted to fix the problem without success. Williamson Irrigation continued to troubleshoot the problem until the system is now fully functional. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services.

Aaron did a fantastic job. He was able to come out within days of me contacting him. He was on time and completed the work on the first trip. He actually had the opportunity to replace more heads than he did, but he was honest with me and explained that they could be cleaned and would last for a couple more seasons.

I have used them and they are very good.

Our Lawn Service recommended Kyle with Williamson's to inspect our irrigation system as we just moved into the home and needed to get it serviced/repaired. Kyle showed up without calling on March 8th. I made it clear to him that we were looking for an estimate for repairs on the existing system. He inspected the system, told me it was an older system and that he wasn't sure if he could find parts for the leaking backflow valves. When he finished, I asked him to send me an estimate for repairs. I received an estimate via e-mail on March 13th. I contacted him on March 16th to inquire about some ambiguous language in his estimate regarding labor charges in addition to replacing and repairing parts on the system. I told Kyle at the time that I had to confer with my husband, but everything looked good and I would be in contact with him if we decided to go ahead with their service. I did not contact Kyle or anyone from Williamson's until March 18th. After consideration, we decided to go with another service provider and I contacted Kyle on March 18th to inform and thank him for his time. He came over to my home and told me that "there was no way anyone could beat his price" and that he already purchased the supplies needed to do the work and that "he told me he would be here on Friday". This is impossible because we had not communicated with each other since March 16th. I had no messages or e-mail from Kyle until this day. I informed him that it was a decision not based solely on price. The service provider we decided to go with was less ambiguous about the repairs and didn't seemed phased about working on our "older" system. Kyle then told me that the provider we chose was "unlicensed"; this is not true and I told him as much. He told me that they may be licensed, but not with a proper "irrigation license". He then proceeded to argue the point that I had authorized him to begin work. I did not at any time authorize him to work for us nor did I sign/return his estimate. I was then informed that he would be billing me for the time he spent on the diagnostics of our system. He was aware from the start that I was looking for an estimate and at no time previously did he bring up billable time for looking at our system. I was quite clear that he had every right to send me a bill, but I would not honor it. I was then rebuked with "I don't know who you or your husband work for, but you're not treating us right". After I admonished him for acting like a petulant two year old, he said he was taking his marker flags and leaving. All in all, it was a very unproductive and unprofessional encounter.

The box he installed was worth about $400.00. He had the box from another place he removed it from and sold it to me at a very cheap price. He did an excellent job and I will continue to use him in the future.

They did a great job. They coordinated very well with the landscaping company. They were able to come out a couple of days before to do the work that they had to do. They had to come out ahead of time before the landscaping company arrived. When the landscaping work was completed, they came out again and finished the remaining work. They made it a very easy process for us; it would?ve been a logistic nightmare, if not for them.

Aaron was extremely polite and friendly to work with. He came to give us an estimate and then returned a few days later to do the work. He was knowedgeable about how to fix our system so that we got coverage in the areas that we wanted and stopped spraying places we didn't want to. We would definitely use him again!

The Williamson's team did exactly what we agreed to in a high quality and professional manner. Aaron (owner) reviewed the project with me when he arrived to perform the installation. I had a couple of last minute changes which Aaron quickly and willingly accommodated. The installation was completed without any issues and when the job was done it was exactly as I envisioned it. The entire crew was very conscientious ensuring every detail was accounted for from start to finish, including cleaning up my lawn after the installation. Aaron reviewed the operation of the system after installation was complete. He also gave me a few tips on watering durations, times, etc. and took the time to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the results and I have already recommended Williamson?s Irrigation to my neighbors.

Williamson's does excellent work. They know how to lay out an effective irrigation system that waters everything you want watered, but does not water the driveway. They installed the whole system in one day. (Our neighbors were having a system installed by a different firm, and it took them 3 days) Williamson also coordinated their work with our landscaper who was tilling our whole yard. These guys know their stuff. Aaron even installed a low voltage lighting cable at the same time (at no additional cost to us), so that if we get lighting in the future, they won't have to drill under our sidewalk again. They are probably not the least expensive company you can find, but they weren't the most expensive either. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
