+ -1 moreI purchase foreclosures at the courthouse. You almost never get keys just a deed. I have used Tom a number of times to get into the properties and make keys for me. Always a pleasure to work with. PS Picking a lock is not as easy as they make it look on TV.

Description of Work: They re-keyed 3 locks for me. I already submitted this review a long time ago, I remember saying the gentleman came to my home exactly at 8am as was my promised appointment time. He was professional and very nice, he did the job in about 20-30 minutes. I would definitely use again as well as tell friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: re-keyed entire house and cut new keys on-site. Tom has done this at several houses for me. He has also helped many of my clients after I sold them houses. I was a Real Estate Broker that used Tom Mills' services and he was always accommodating and did a good job for a fair value.
