Description of Work: CHANGED ALL THE HOUSE LOCKS. ONE PARTNER SUGGESTED USING CERTAIN LOCKS. WHEN THE SECOND PARTNER CAME TO FIX ONE OF THE LOCKS, HE SAID HE WOULD NOT HAVE USED THE LOCKS THAT WERE INSTALLED.SEVERAL LOCKS ARE STILL DIFFICULT TO CLOSE.

 + -1 moreWhat an incredibly impressive, forthright, and honest gentleman! When I explained my problem to him, he suggested an alternative to having him come out to the house and removing the lock. Basically, there was a procedure I could use that wouldn't require a locksmith. I tried his suggestion -- and it worked! Somewhat rare to find an ethical craftsman who doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. I will definitely keep his number on file and will highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
Description of Work: I called this firm to see about getting a padlock opened. . . the key was not working and I assumed that it would have to be hacksawed to get the lock off.
