I contacted Lisa to stage the rental home I am selling. I really liked her style from the pictures on her website. She was very courteous, professional, and on-time to our scheduled appointment. I would not hesitate to hire Lisa in the future, but my realtor recommended that I work with another person that she normally works with. Lisa is a kind, ethical person and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Lisa is a wonderful and cheerful person and is very ethical and very easy to work with. She stays up to date with all of the current real estate marketing trends and what buyers want to see in a home. She will give you honest advice even if that advice conflicts with yours. She has a very positive attitude and tries her best to do whatever is in the best interest of her clients given their goals for her services at the lowest cost. She responds to emails and texts in a timely fashion and tries to coordinate her availability with the client's schedule. I highly recommend her home consulting and staging services.

I decided to work with A Fresh Look Design after a few brief email exchanges with a handful of stagers in the Charlotte area; it was pretty clear that Lisa had the knowledge needed for tasteful staging and was very friendly. Before contacting A Fresh Look Design, my grandmother's house sat on the market for about 6 months with little interest. I worked with Lisa from over 3 hours away and we received our first offer from the first clients to walk through the house after Lisa staged it! She is a very good communicator and took care of all the details/legwork needed to make the house shine. Lisa was extremely willing to discuss all the plans and concerns until I felt comfortable and is 100% worthy of your trust. Selling a house can be a tumultuous time but A Fresh Look Design made all the difference and they did it with care. I highly recommend their services!

Lisa came in and helped me prepare my home for sale. She bought in some accessories and furniture pieces and rearranged what I already had and it showed beautifully. She was on time for each appt. and was very professional but very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone selling their house because we sold the first weekend for almost full asking price. I've moved 5 times in the last 15 years and this was the easiest sale and I know it was because of the staging Lisa did. Thank you Lisa.

Horrible..... Just Horrible. Lisa was contracted to stage a house that was going up for sale, I went with her because of cost but boy was that the wrong move. She missed 2 appointments for the walk through process and finally ended coming over 1 hr late the 3rd time. Here's the deal, she works this "so called" business on the side as a part time gig using cheap furniture and accessories to fill your house. We contacted her via email 3 times with "no response" to set up a pick up time of her items as the home was set to close very soon. After failed attempts to let know her know the closing date she replied the day before closing stating she could not make that date. The reason being...... Ready for this? She uses high school kids on the weekends to move the material to and from the houses. As I wasnt aware of this at the initial staging I had a problem with it when removing the items for liability issues and insurance should someone get hurt ion my property. When questioned about it she bumbled around and after 10-15 seconds said she had insurance but didnt know the name of the company that insured her.. Funny right? I went with her word on it and had the clown of cowboys shows up to retrieve their items only to find out after further questioning on Audio tape that she didnt carry insurance, thus causing a major problem. I asked for a release of liability in which she didnt have so I provided one at my "cost" of the attorneys bill. Since then she has called to the police to file a complaint in which they said its a civil matter and returned to their busy schedule. I wanted nothing more than to get this horrible and childlike person out of my life for good, easy right? Nope, she still continues to harass and pester myself and the police about this issue. She is a HORRIBLE business person. Oh and by the way, she asked me to make the check payable to herself, what kind of legitimate company would EVER have a check made to a individual instead of the company itself... I know, one that defrauds the IRS! This is just the tip of the iceberg with her...STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! STAY AWAY!

Our realtor provided Lisa's staging services in preparation for listing our home. Lisa was able to fit us in on short notice and arrived promptly. She immediately began making notations on changes she recommended both inside and outside of the house, then reviewed and discussed options with us. We received her email the next day with a list of the changes along with a "shopping" list of items we were going to need. Lisa took the time to explain her recommendations which we found useful as we worked on implementing her suggestions. We often found ourselves asking, "what would Lisa say about that?" as we considered rearranging and decorating options. It was surprising to see the difference in our home and how more spacious and updated it looked. Overall it was a great experience. Lisa was easy to work with and we appreciated her sensitivity to our situation and our budget, often times suggesting stores which could offer budget pricing for some of the decorating items we needed.

Lisa contacted me about some additional pieces she needed to make the home she was staging perfect for her client. She incorporates many of her own pieces, but will reach out to other vendors to make the final product amazing and ready to sell. I work with Home Stagers on a very regular basis, but Lisa stands out from the crowd. Her taste is incredible and she knows the current trends homebuyers are looking for. I cannot say enough about her passion for her profession. Lisa is easy to work with and one of the best in her industry. I really enjoyed working with her and I think you will feel the same.

She was very helpful and friendly. She pointed out good things about my house and things that needed to be improved. She did that without making me feel bad about my house. Her report was thorough and I received it very quickly. She has been great with follow-up and super helpful.
