We hired David's company to clean our siding and repair and paint our trim, as a follow-up to the gutter installation he did in June. The crew was punctual and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and the house looks great. The job was completed more quickly than we expected. I really appreciate that David visited personally after the work was completed to make sure the job was done to his and our satisfaction.

I'm very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of A+ Plus Contracting. They are conscientious and reliable, and everything was explained in a straightforward way. The work was started less than a week after I hired them, and completed in one afternoon plus the following morning. The installers were punctual, efficient, and polite. Both the sales rep and the owner came by to see how the work was going. There was an issue with some rotted wood that wasn't apparent until the old gutters were removed. The owner came and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem, and what the additional cost would be. The new gutters look great, and so far they work great too.

David Wasserman was responsive and let me know the status of the project. The gutters, soffit, and most of the fascia were replaced. All work met and exceeded my expectations

Excellent. Even with the Pandemic, the essential repair continued. Very good communication. Very reasonable estimates, broke down proposal into at least two stages with options to use other vendors for parts of proposal. Very aware of the precautions needed to perform the job under the pandemic guidelines. Finished job as proposed. Worthy of an A+

Terrific job! They are knowledgeable and professional. They did exactly what they said they would do. The old gutters were removed and new gutters were put on in a timely manner. They even put drainage pipes on the downspouts to make sure the water runs away from the house.

I hired David’s team after receiving 3 bids to replace my gutter system. A Plus wasn’t the cheapest but David spent a lot of time talking me through options with pros and cons of each. I settled on a new 6” gutter with a gutter guard product. Our home has a large and steep roof area do the larger gutters were warranted. David’s crew was on time to remove the old gutters and repair some rotted wood. They were thorough and cleaned up around the house such I wouldn’t have known they had been there. The A Plus crew that came to install the new gutters was great. Again, showed up when they said they would and did a great job installing the new product. It matches the trim color on our house almost perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about A Plus and David Wasserman. The new gutters have been tested a couple times now with heavy rain and have worked perfectly. Call this company if you want your job done right.

David was very courteous and kept in contact with me both in text form and over the phone, while coordinating the visit. Would definitely call again and recommend.

These guys were professional, efficient, and fast! They were really on the ball and did everything they said they would, including cleanup. Everything was completed within a few hours, and the new gutters and gutter guards look and work great! A big rain came a day after the new installation, and there was no overflow like there had been before. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them!

I live in a 90 year old home and have always wanted to replace the old aluminum gutters with copper gutters. One day in September 2013, I decided to google contractors in the Charlotte area that install copper gutters and the search resulted in two contractors both of whom use the Home Advisor website. I submitted my information to Home Advisor so that someone from the two different businesses could contact me to give me a ballpark estimate of how much copper gutters would cost. David Wasserman from A+ Plus Contracting, LLC very promptly contacted me back. He wasted no time to come to my home to measure things out and to give me a quote. Since copper gutters are very expensive, David thought outside the box and gave me three quotes for three different guttering options. The first option/quote was for all copper gutters, the second option/quote was for all aluminum gutters and the third option/quote was for half aluminum and half copper gutters. I went with the third option because it was more affordable and it allowed me to get copper gutters on the front part of my house--the part of the house that would be seen from the street. The aluminum gutters would go on the back part of my house. I was so impressed with David's creativity in helping me to fulfill my desire for copper gutters. He was also considerate of my budget which I so appreciate. David also has been a excellent communicator. He has kept me and my husband "in the loop" throughout this process. David also helped facilitate getting a roofer for us, when another roofer had kept putting us off for months. My husband and I are extremely happy with the job David and his crew did for us. The gutters look awesome and I know they will last forever. I would, without reservation, recommend A+Plus Contracting, LLC/David Wasserman to anyone.

Dave and his team exceeded expectations. We recently bought a 25 year old home and have a long list of projects we are working through. The attic insulation was original to the home. Due to normal wear/tear and duct work completed in January, our insulation needed an upgrade. Dave was quick with a site visit to discuss our needs, quick with a very competitive quote and quick with the install. He even included an insulation tent for the pull-down attic door. I would highly recommend Dave.

It all went very well. The estimate was done at the exact time it was scheduled and so was the work. My time is very limited and David worked with me and my schedule to get it done at my convenience.
