365 Solar has been great to work with and very trust worthy! Excellent customer service and all the technicians who have come out have been helpful, friendly and respectful. It seems they really value their customers and I appreciate that a lot.

I had 365 put in my 6.4kwh system in Sept 2021. From the first sales appointment onward, the entire project was a dream (minus the incompetence of the local code enforcement officer lol). The install took two days, and the crew told me exactly what was going on and were very friendly. The biggest asset though, in my opinion, is the customer service! Chris was nothing short of awesome! I ended up selling the house after the solar was installed and Chris was not only answering my questions, but also my buyers questions. If I get solar at my new house, it will definitely be 365.

This company really has outstanding customer service. My consultant went slow and really made sure I understood exactly what was going on and then it was a totally hands-off experience. I feel like they went above and beyond to answer all my questions and did not leave anything unanswered or make me feel silly for not getting it the first time.

Absolutely the best customer service from the sweet lady who booked our appointment to the very knowledgeable solar consultant who came out for our free in-home consultation. Start to finish was super easy, and now I am saving so much money, and it is great for the environment! I will recommend them.

This has been the easiest experience with a contractor/company I have ever had. The business team communicated well and often, ensuring that every, "I was dotted & every T crossed." The most work we had to do was to say YES. I am so glad we did. The installation team was amazing. They arrived on time and were all very lovely, polite and kind. The team was well managed and worked like a well oiled machine; no guys just standing around doing nothing, no forgotten parts or equipment and no coffee runs!!! Everyone knew exactly what to do and was on the job until they finished. I couldn't recommend a better company for Solar installation. More importantly, I appreciate a well run company, with great employees and contractors who take pride in their work, deliver on time and as expected and practice proactive communication.

Their customer service is SUPERB and stayed connected with me from the very beginning all the way through the whole process. Answered all my questions and kept me informed. Very professional company, that provides real in-depth information about going solar. They informed me of all warranties and how my solar panels will still be producing above 80% after 25 years or its covered. They have made going solar quick and easy with no money out of pocket.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work this company performed on my home. Also the fact that any questions I had they were able to have an answer with ease they made me feel so comfortable with using them as oppose to going with another company. I strongly recommend them. The install crew was so nice and I watched them install and asked probably a million questions and they answered all my questions with no hesitation.

This company is fantastic! I had 4 different solar companies come out and give me estimates and go over the products, this company however was so knowledgeable I was blown away!! The install team did a fantastic job cleaned up after themselves and were really respectful and polite. Highly recommend!

Working with 365 was an easy experience from start to finish. I didn't really know anything about solar, but Mike was able to explain everything extremely well and could answer all of my many questions. Mike was very professional and easy to work with. They really seemed to consider all of my needs and the specifics of my home when coming up with their proposal and customizing it to fit. Overall, I would definitely recommend using them!

The install was very professional. Juan C was my solar rep, and he really explained the benefits to going solar. Before my appointment I did not know a single thing about solar. But Juan was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, and even showed me the best system for my home. It is been working even better than he said it would.
