Kika and Gabor were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. The initial services we paid for were to paint the balcony, but they were also more than happy to look at other issues and cracks that we had found in the ceiling of our home. We never felt l Ike we were being pressured into any services and were always very comfortable that they were providing us with great value. The service team that came to complete the work were great and did a fantastic job on the balcony and on the ceiling repairs as well. Everything looks brand new! Kika and Gabor reviewed everything personally to ensure it was up to their standards and also that we were satisfied with the work. We could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend them to any one looking for painting work. Fantastic owners and great results!

How do you improve perfection! 2nd painting project better than the first! I recently sold a home painted for marketing and sale purposes by Gabor and his team. Their professionalism and attention to detail were beyond impressive. The home was detailed to perfection and only remained on the market for 4 days! Upon the sale I contracted to buy a second home and upon closing I once again called the team that I knew would help me prepare the property for a long stay. Gabor and his team co-ordinated with my move -in schedule, tolerated other contractors working simultaneously with respect and professionalism, worked through a color indecision situation with patience and understanding and ultimately delivered a result that was the highest quality and more importantly delivered in time to meet my move-in date. The flexibility, the ability to understand the moving pieces and help resolve the issues - without any angst, clearly demonstrated their commitment to be part of the team instead of part of the problem. I am writing to give the highest recommendation for Gabor & Kika Jacques and 360 Painting. Their crew did an outstanding job power washing and painting the ceiling, walls & trim on my balcony (a 2nd floor unit). And the clean up was so good you would never know they were there except the beautiful fresh coats of paint. Gabor & Kiki are very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. The final outcome was most satisfying, both in terms of the excellent job done and the positive interactions we had with the whole 360 Team. It went extremely well. 360 Painting is extremely professional... They discussed my job with me- gave me an estimate, went over their terms and their expectations of me before they arrived. What furniture and or personal items to be moved. They explained how long the job would take and when they would arrive. As I noted above, their was a repair that needed to be done- it was brought to my attention and taken care of.. The painters that came were very punctual, clean, well dressed and,unobtrusive... My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The job that was done was excellent... Paint was top quality and I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. I am recommending them to my friends and also business associates... I am also getting a quote on interior work.. I saw one of the jobs completed recently and was impressed with the quality of 360's workmanship.

Gabor & his crew did an absolutely fabulous job! They were all so professional & quiet while they worked. They showed up & started when he said they would & finished right on time. They cleaned everything up & left me with a beautiful, brand new looking home! I'm planning on having him come back & paint the interior next!

It all went very well. The painters went right to work first moving furniture and objects I was unable to move. They then went to work painting and when they were done they asked me to look around to see if there was any problem. Later Jacques and Kika came and did a walk through. I was impressed how Jacques checked over areas I had not thought to looked at. Our first meeting was wonderful and the information folder was very helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We did not know any painters in Charlotte and ended up getting three quotes from painting companies on AngiesList.com. My initial contact with 360 Painting was online. After that, we traded emails and spoke as needed. Gabor and Kika Jacques, were incredibly professional, prompt and polite before the job, during the job and after the job was completed. And, that's just on the administrative side of this encounter. Gabor Jacques came by to size up the job and offer the initial quote. Gabor, showed an attention to detail that I otherwise did not see in the quotation process. I suggested that we would be willing to expand the scope of the job based on pricing. I was left with a nice brochure and was later provided a very detailed quote, separate attachments for paint specs, testimonials/references and proof of insurance. The price was perfect for us. Before any painting began, we pulled everything off of every wall and moved all of our furniture away from the walls. A crew of at least 8 men arrived at my house and I witnessed a VERY EFFICIENT crew in action. It was as if the first people in would lay down drop cloths and cover furniture, others were taping around the trim, others filled in existing holes and made cosmetic repairs, another group would come through with some sort of blow dryer to dry the patch material, another would follow behind sanding and then the painting began. What would have taken me weeks to complete was completed in 1-1/2 days. On the following morning, I had my wife review the work. She only found a couple of areas that needed to be touched up. We were both very happy with the crew (led by Jesus). The only miscommunication occurred with the scope of work related to painting the screened in porch. The cost of the job could have gone up. But, because of the language in the quotation, Gabor offered to stay with the lower cost. However, my wife and I agreed that they shouldn't be penalized. The work cost money and the work needed to be done. Ultimately, we agreed to split the difference. I would use 360 Painting Charlotte again without hesitation and I would highly recommend them to my family, friends and those of you reading this review.

Kika and Gabor Jacques of 360 Painting were great to work with through the entire process - from their initial estimation visit, during the work completion, quality check and follow-up - to walk-through and final sign-off. They helped with color suggestions, paint grade and finish recommendations. They were flexible with handling some extra work I decided to add even after they’d started my project. I've done a lot of my own painting work in the past, so I'm both quality and cost conscious. 360 Painting delivered a very high quality and thorough finish job in every respect. The project was completed on-time, and on budget - 360 Painting even re-installed some closet shelving I'd removed prior to our starting work. Their painter Steve was well organized, efficient and very conscientious in his work - truly professional. I should also mention that Kika and Gabor worked around my work travel and personal schedule which kept me out of town during most of the project work. Even though I was confident in their assessment of the work, they insisted on waiting for payment until I could return to see the completed work, nearly two weeks after they were done. I have never worked with a painting (or other) contractor so flexible and committed to ensuring my satisfaction with the project results. I recommend 360 Painting without hesitation, and plan to have them help me again at my condo on another project including additional painting and ceiling repair work. I found 360 Painting an extremely reliable company to work with. The husband and wife team were over the top reliable, trustworthy, and easy to work with, responding, in detail, to my emails and texts usually the same day no matter how trite the question or concern was. Having had painting done in the past and not being completely happy with the final results, I look at my front porch and am thankful for a beautiful finished project, no paint drips anywhere and the trim is neat and clean.. I usually don't write reviews, but I was very impressed with my experience with 360 Painting. First, Gabor (the owner) came out himself to do the estimate. He was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted done. He walked all the way around my property, noting any places that might need to be repaired. We also discussed type of paint, finish, and color. After the estimate, his wife, Kika, called me to follow up and make sure we didn't have any questions. While another company did come in with a lower estimate, we chose them because of their clear personal commitment to customer service. The actual painting process took about a week to complete and probably would have taken less time had it not been a particularly rainy week. The crew was very courteous and did their best to stay out of the way. Gabor himself came by at least once a day to check on the progress, and he made sure to touch base with me once a day as well. Overall, the best part of working with this company was the communication. Gabor and Kika were great about working with me to choose paint and keeping me up to speed on the progress the team was making every day. I think I spoke to them at least once a day during the entire process. I really appreciate that they took such pride in their work and in making sure I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Gabor and Kika at 360 Painting Charlotte. Being in the building industry myself, my standards for quality are rather high. I interviewed and met with 5 different painters over the course of 8 months - none of which matched my attention to detail or required responsiveness the way Gabor and Kika did. Not only did they meet with me after hours on my schedule, they walked through each of the rooms and closely looked at the detail required. Gabor asked questions that none of the other painters had asked. When it was time to schedule the work, my husband and I were travelling quite a bit and they worked around our schedule. After talking to Gabor and Kika quite extensively, I left my house open to their team during the day. Gabor managed the painters 100%. He did daily walk-throughs and kept me in the loop everyday. Half-way through one of the rooms, we realized the paint selected was not correct (it had been an error at the paint store) and Gabor handled it right away with professionalism. He had the new paint at my house the same afternoon and despite the set back, his team still finished the job on time. I will definitely use 360 Painting Charlotte again and would recommend them for any painting needs.

My husband and I purchased a new home and wanted to have the interior completely painted prior to move-in. We met Gabor and Kika at the Charlotte home show and called them for an estimate. Their professionalism and personalization throughout the entire process was astounding as well as their attention to detail. When we asked for accent walls, striping, and multi-colored rooms we were shocked at the detail presented in the estimate! They broke down every wall to ensure we were getting exactly what we originally envisioned for our home. They accepted no "down-payment" as they wanted us to be completely satisfied with the end result. I can not say enough good things about 360 Painting and the proprietors, Kika and Gabor Jacques. From my first interaction with Kika (who called me within 5 minutes of my request for a quote) through the final walk-through and completion of the project they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Very professional, accommodating and project was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. Crew was phenomenal, taking great care and obvious pride in their job. Gabor was on site to start and finish the project and provided me with updates and progress report. In addition not only is their work guaranteed but no deposit was asked for up front as they won't take payment until you are completely satisfied. One of the things that most impressed me was that during our initial meeting for a quote I stated that I planned on replacing the current carpet with hard wood floors in the near future and was advised that I should put that project ahead of the painting job (which I hadn't thought about but makes perfect sense) and even went so far to call me afterwards to provide some recommendations. THAT's what really sold me on using them - being new to the area I was leery of using a company I hadn't used before and was floored they would put off a job instead of letting me hire them and finding out the hard way I should have done the floors first. Choosing colors can be daunting with a project like this, again - they recommended a consultant to help me and then credited her fee off my bill. And the results? Absolutely gorgeous! They brought my vision to reality and my house now truly feels like my home. Owner Gabor Jacques did everything he promised. He and his crew were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. His crew took care in covering everything as needed and left the rooms as clean as can be expected. They did an excellent job in cutting into all the trim and crown moldings.
