Erik and his group were great, very responsive after the recent hurricane. They matched up the shingles perfectly and were very diligent in inspecting and caulking. Cleaned up everything when completed.

Perfectly. We purchased a foreclosure and couldn't move in until we had a new roof put on. 21 Roofing Group was amazing! They were literally on stand by and started the roof as soon as we closed and the keys were in my hands. They took off extra layers of shingles and put on the new one in just one day. When I got there that afternoon they were halfway done, they were professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. We walked the property and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It's two years later and the roof still looks great and we get lots of compliments on what a difference our new roof makes. We recommend them anytime we can.

Eric came out to my house and looked at the roof and agreed that there was hail damage and that the roof needed to be replaced. He brought a lot of information regarding the rook products and materials, along with color samples of the roof. We decided to go with the GAF Architectural Shingles in Weathered Wood (High Definition). The high definition really makes the colors in the roof pop out and it looks really great! I would suggest to anyone to get the high definition shingles because it will make a huge difference in the appearance of your new roof. On the day promised, the contractors were there to put on the roof. Due to the heat, the job took two days but it was a wise decision on Eric?s part because they were able to take their time and not rush. I was not there during the entire time they put on the new roof, but had comfort that the job would be done right. Eric came out a few times to look at the job the contractors were doing as well as to check on the progress of the job. He also came after the job was completed to ensure that the job was done correctly and to ensure that we were satisfied with the finished product. We are completely satisfied with the roof??It looks great! They also replaced window screens, a couple of downspouts, and did some touch-up work (drywall repair) to repair a ceiling and wall spot in the spare bedroom. The total cost of the services was $13,583, which was very reasonable. We have a 1.5 story home with very steep roof lines. I have already called my realtor to thank him for referring Eric and the 21 Roofing Group to me. I was very impressed with Eric. He is very professional, friendly, ethical and an overall nice person. It was a please working with him. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the services provided.

I am very happy with the work done to my roof and siding. The workers were great and they were courteous. They cleaned up the site and left no debris.

Erik helped out more than words can describe leading up to the process. It was the first time we have used a construction loan when we purchased our new house and Erik was extremely patient and very accommodating with all the extra paperwork that was involved. We knew going in that the roof was in bad shape and Erik consistently kept us at ease. We took several bids and went with our realtors suggestion to use Erik and 21roofing, I'm glad we did. He knew we wanted to get the roof on quickly after closing and he made that happen even after we got delayed a few days.
