First of all, they used all primed white shoe molding which looks like a white stripe against the stained looking floors and kitchen cabinets, vanity and fireplace mantle. They should have used natural pine so it can be stained. Some of the angle cuts were way off with large gaps and it looked like they used a dull butter knife to cut it with. Next the toilet rocks back and fourth and creaks when you sit on it. The best part is the huge "soft spot" in front of the kitchen sink that makes you feel like you're standing in a hole and are going to fall through the floor! There are smaller soft spots and uneven transitions throughout the home. I spoke to Bryan and he refused to replace the white shoe molding and tried to tell me the floor was "structurally sound" and nothing was wrong. I complained until he agreed that if I released his check, he would fix the one soft spot. His guy came out and not only could he not fix it, he broke the main water line flooding our crawl space and causing us to cut off the water until the next day when the plumber could come and fix it. After that, (now that they were paid) Bryan refuses to return my messages. I would not hire these guys to build me a dog house!
