Description of Work: None. I was impacted by work being done next door. For two weeks our driveway was flooded and we thought it had to do with our irrigation system. We spent many, many hours digging to find the problem. Then, one day I heard members of WJBC talking to each other about a leak in the neighbor's irrigation system. It turns out WJBC damaged a pipe when they had driven in some stakes and over time water saturated the neighbors hill and it started flowing down and under our brick wall and into the driveway. The water flowing from next door was estimated to be approx. 200+ gallons per day. As the water flowed down hill from the neighbor and across our driveway it brought a large amount of mud that clogged our drain trap that runs adjacent to the driveway. I was forced to clean the trap several times over the course of this 2 week period but I couldn't clean the mud that was accumulating in the narrow pipe that drained the trap and ran under the yard. I spoke with Ben and Tom (members of WJBC) and subsequently Mr. Johnson who assured me that they would take care of this problem immediately, i.e. clean the mud from the pipe. Nearly two weeks after receiving Mr. Johnson's assurance and I've heard nothing. A responsible building company should do everything possible to prevent impacting neighboring property, e.g., avoiding the in ground irrigation system when driving stakes into the ground (not sure the positions of the sprinkler heads were even marked in the area of construction). And when neighbors are impacted WJBC should bend over backwards to remedy the situation. It appears that being next door to an ongoing WJBC project means I must be on high alert since, as my experience has shown, I'm the one who will be taking responsibility for dealing with any negative impacts of their work.

Description of Work: They have completed a total kitchen remodel, master bath remodel and half-bath update 2011 winter. Full bath update spring 2012; interior house painting winter 2013 and exterior touch-up summer 2013.

Description of Work: I called the company to see if they could fix my squeaky hardwood floors in the kitchen. Mr. Johnson recommended someone who works for him. I called that person, got him immediately, and he said he would call me back within the next two weeks. But he never did. I ended up using someone else. I called Johnson Building Company because it had done very good work for a neighbor.

Description of Work: I used Will Johnson Building Company to remodel a bathroom. He tore it down and completely replaced everything. He plastered the walls and wallpapered. He did electrical work. He did a new sink, toilet and faucet.
