I have no complaints at all. Phil West was diligent, honest and took pride in his work. He helped in the design, and his work was first class. He also helped with a few interior smaller projects from time to time, all of which were equally as satisfying. He responded quickly and always showed up as scheduled.

Our top priority for this project was to finish it so that our son, who was visiting on vacation, could set up the TV before he left. Therefore, cost mattered less to us than getting the job done as soon as possible. Phil West responded to my telephone query immediately, and he was able to fit us into his already-full schedule in time to meet our deadline. He gave us a preliminary estimate over the phone but warned that it might cost more. As it turned out, he was right. We paid almost double the initial estimate. However, we needed the job done immediately, and he was willing to do it on our schedule. Phil and his crew were pleasant and professional, and we enjoyed having them in our house. We are also grateful to Phil for working with us on such a short deadline.

We were very happy, in terms of the the little details, it was really well done. He was able to get things done in about the time that he said he would and all together we were quite satisfied.

We will never hire any one else to do work on our home. We have been told that this is the smoothest remodeling job any one ever saw. Each day before they left, the floors and the rooms were vacuumed. They kept it neat and clean. About a week after we got everything moved in and arranged, Phil came back to make sure that the shelves were sturdy enough. We had several bids on the job and Phil's company came in well under everyone else. Everyone was so nice to work with they arrived on time, cleaned up after they were done and answered any questions we had. Phil kept every receipt so there were no questions in the end. When we got the final bill, he included a itemized statement with the receipts.
