Description of Work: Bob and his crew replaced rotted fascia board and soffitt on an outdoor studio. He also primed it all and installed flashing at the roof line to prevent the same issue in the future (the shingles as installed didn't have enough over lap). He also replaced the brick molding around the door and caulked it in really well since it had a lot of rot also (the studio is in a very shaded area so stays wet a lot). All in all, very good work so now I can get ready to paint it this summer!
