His customer service was very nice, response was fast. I hired him to resurface my garage floors which had several uneven crack lines. He sanded the crack lines to even in most places in the afternoon, then cleaned and painted in the next morning. Once the paint was dried up the next day, in many places the paint cracked and peeled off. He did work hard, but the final results are not worthy the money.

We hired Bob's services to install radiant attic insulation. Excellent communication, customer service and work ethic. Very pleased with the work, too ... I noticed the next day that there were some very minor issues with staples coming off - hence the 4.5 for quality. A-grade work all the way.

Good tile job. I'm happy with the results. The pro was pleasant and professional.

Worst work I have ever seen. The contractor suggested he resurface the brass shower enclosure to correct some corrosion. He also was to reset a tile and caulk around the shower enclosure and garden tub. The white paint has shadows where it is thin and not covering the brass. The shower door was broken by the contractor (I was not told) it now only opens about 10 inches. The gasket for the glass is pushed into the frame. That should not have been touched. There is paint all over the door glass and the shower base was left black with foot prints and dirt. The caulk was bad and needed to be redone. BEWARE
