He did an excellent job. He was professional and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the job. It was risky, due to pitch of roof. He was able to improvise to complete the work.

Bob went above and beyond in the customer service department. The buyer's inspector was trying to prove something, which necessitated Bob's return, but he did so quickly and without complaint.
