Mr. Gillham is the best realtor with whom I have ever worked.He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, house construction, neighborhoods and anything else associated with purchasing a home. He is extremely patient, kind and professional. He is ethical and honest. He gives his customers a list of trusted professionals to whom one can turn to for assistance - from plumbers, painters and handymen to car detailers, flooring companies, real estate attorneys and more. This is particularly helpful if you are new to the area. I have used most of the people on his list and been extremely satisfied. Steven Gillham will be associating himself with a real estate company, instead of doing things individually. He rendered excellent service.
