Description of Work: We used Coldwell Banker in Chapel Hill to purchase our house and had a very positive experience. Our agents (Pat and Jane - a husband and wife team) were absolutely terrific. Because we were moving from out of town, they spent a lot of time with us, not only showing us properties, but also giving us a lot of advice and information about the area, the neighborhoods, schools etc. For example, they got the name of a good contractor so that we could consult with him about the price of some improvements we wanted to factor into our offer, and got the name of a landscape architect for us after the closing. Throughout the process they were very responsive to our needs, concerns and timeline and made everything related to the negotiations, inspection, appraisal process and closing go smoothly. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would certainly recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreThere was a fee involved. I got a rate for how much I had to pay. I don't remember the amount but it was clear to me how much they charged. In order to close in on one house, I have to find a thousand people to pay in order to purchase the house. I did get a disclosure before the closing of how much it was. I chose this real estate agency, because the person who dealt with me listed out more properties, than any other real estate agents in our area. She is really quick and up on to things. Shahla Rezvani is the person I used. She is not dragging at all. She has a whole cadre of people working for her. If I don't get her, I get one of her assistants to do the work. They are all very prompt and also respond to me immediately on e-mail moment to moment. I definitely got my money's worth and their quality is great.
Description of Work: I used Coldwell Banker to purchase our new home. I last used them on 31st January for closing in, on our house.
