+ -1 more$100 trip fee/labor charge plus parts was predetermined and seemed fair. After repairing refrigerator by installing an overload relay, Randy Appliance charged $80 for a part that I later discovered that Sears sells for $39 (fully verified through Sears). Called Randy Appliance to request rational for doubling part price (100% increase) and possible credit. Was told Randy Appliance paid $80 for part - which seems ridiculous as vendors usually obtain parts discounts. At a minimum, part could be purchased for $39. Was overcharged $41 - will not use Randy Appliance again.
Description of Work: Kenmore Refrigerator Repair - was not cooling or freezing.
