+ -1 moreI was overseas on vacation, when the water heater broke in a house I have for rent. The tenants objective was to get the hot water heater fixed, the plumbers objective was to make a large profit. He charged/and was paid $1600 for about two hours worth of work and a 40 gal top vent water heater.
Description of Work: Replaced a 40 gal top vent water heater that was on a wood platform in the garage.
