Description of Work: Peter's crew located a leak in the basement bedroom and repaired it in a timely, and professional manner. The crew was highly skilled and used quality products, taking care to match existing trim. I would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreGreat. Story is too long, but 2 notable "bests". First, PT's willingness to work with me on the materials so that I could find affordable products and put the budget into the quality of their workmanship. He was honest about costs and explained the business end so I could understand what was negotiable and what was not. Second, is Pete's foreman, Rush Greenslade. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and the respect he has for the customer's property. Rush is also a great supervisor and PT has a good crew.
Description of Work: Demo'd old asphalt shingle roof and replaced with metal. Replaced vent fans, as necessary. Added a solar tube light. Complete kitchen replacement (tore out to studs, foundation repair, electrical repair and improvement, floor, ceiling, plumbing, the whole deal... ) Designed and added a rain awning over most used entries. Repaired defective bathroom room vanity. Work continues to repair problems caused by other contractor & defects of original construction.
