Description of Work: Pat came out and did a thorough listing and evaluation of my Mother's estate after her passing. She then held a tag sale for all items that my brothers and I did not want. She was very knowledgeable on values of items.... Also to note, she responded to our initial request quickly, and followed up with us with information and services in a very timely manner.

+ -1 moreMs. Thomas did conduct the sale and did sell some of the items we placed with her. She did finally pay us for the items in accordance with the verbal agreement we had with her. However she did not do so in a timely way and finally only after repeated calls to her.
Description of Work: In addition to appriaisals, Ms. Thomas organizes estate sales. We asked her to sell some household items at one of her sales. When I picked up the items not sold, she promised a check for the sold items the following week. I waited three weeks and them contacted her again and she said the check would be sent out soon. It was necessary to call her several more times about payment for the sold items and it was not until six weeks after the sale that we finally received a check.

+ -1 moreAlthough very nice, Ms. Thomas was not very punctual. She changed the time shortly before she was to arrive and then showed up 1/2 hour late for the next scheduled meeting. She was polite and courteous responding to questions as she walked through the house. However, trying to get her report was very unpleasant. Despite being told we would have it in a couple of weeks, it took 6 weeks and that is only because I kept calling. At times we would not get a call back from messages left. Another time her colleague has no record of us and Ms. Thomas was on vacation. Our address was wrong on the report, delaying it even more. When I called to say we hadn't gotten it, she did not believe me and took another week to send another out. The report then referred to "numerous calls from family" which were all directed towards getting it! The report was very detailed and professional although there were a few mistakes (e.g., numbers of chairs, leaves in tables).
Description of Work: Pat Thomas walked through the house recording descriptions of furniture, dinnerware and pictures and answering questions. We were provided a very detailed, professional report with monetary estimates.
