We could not be more pleased with the excellent service provided by Sean and Jon at Open Door Policy. Their pricing is fair and they are extremely professional, personable, and hardworking. It is clear that Sean and his team take great pride in what they do and are willing to put in the time and effort needed to tackle any job. They took care of a cable replacement, new rollers, and a very complicated lock/handle replacement on my 45yr old wooden garage doors. The doors have never worked so well! The quality of their work is simply second to none!!

The work was professionally done in a timely manner. It did take a second trip because my door has some very heavy duty springs and so they had to order them.

There was no pressure to purchase a new opener. Their advice was honest and their prices are reasonable. They worked fast and did a wonderful job. I love my new opener! The owner, Sean, is great and it is easy to see that he is dedicated to providing quality service for his customers. My overall experience with this company and the work they did was far better than the experiences and quality of work performed by any garage door repair company I've hired in the past. I will only call Open Door Policy in the future.
