+ -1 moreThe guy came out, did the estimate, we agreed on it and then he came back later to do it. We met him for the quote, then we left out of town, and in the meantime, he went out there and did the work. When we happened to be up there, we looked at it and noticed that one bush was still there, that had become a tree and was impeding the roofline. We told him about that and he went back out there and took it down. He was really responsive and he guaranteed his work, which was good. My neighbor wanted the molds from the cut up trees and he did leave that in my neighbor's yard, so that was good too. My neighbors had used him and recommended him so I didn't get quotes from other providers and they said that his prices were comparable to other people.
Description of Work: We used Modern Tree Service for our rental property. It is a heavily wooded property so there were a lot of bushes that had pretty much become trees so we wanted them cut down a lot. He also removed some trees.
