+ -1 moreMr. Maynor is a fantastic painter! His primary goal clearly is to satisfy the customer and he accomplished that goal with flying colors. In rooms where full painting was required, everything looked great - walls, molding, doors, everything. No problems with paint going anywhere other than where intended. Where simple ?touch-ups? were required, we could not determine where the original paint ended and where the new paint started. It looked perfect. He took care of getting paints that perfectly matched the colors that we had on certain walls. No mess. He cleaned up everything before he left. When 2 days after he finished painting, we identified some ?issues? in a room we did not originally have on his ?work list? (we forgot to remove some paintings from a wall), and we had an open house scheduled the next day (a Sunday). We called Mr. Maynor at 5:15 on a Saturday evening, and he said he?d be right over to help us! In 45 minutes, he was at our house, and ready to start the new work! It was as though Mr. Maynor had become part of our family! He really cared that we were 100% pleased with his finished product, and we were! There is no question we will only use Mr. Maynor for all painting jobs in the future (indoor and outside)!
Description of Work: Mr. Maynor (works alone) repaired walls and painted full rooms and partial work, as per our request. We gave Mr. Maynor a detailed list of what we wanted to be done, walls, molding, doors, etc. If Mr. Maynor observed something we missed, he pointed it out to us, so we could assess if we wanted to include that. However, the original price did not change as several new things got added to the list. He provided ALL supplies needed to complete the job. We did not have to do a thing but show him what we wanted him to do. Regarding the price, we are unable to assess cost of his service, since his work was part of a package that we purchased from a general contractor that included tasks other than painting, but overall, we felt the price was very reasonable.
