+ -1 moreEXTENSIVE DAMAGES estimated in excess of $100,000 to property due to placing inappropriate tenants who kept TEN longhorn cows in fences made for two horses. Pastures turned to mud (require leveling and reseeding), fences were ruined (required replacement), cows broke out and killed ornamental trees, damaged lawn (2 inch hoof prints in yard), extensive shrubbery along house completely gone, large rose garden (over 50 roses) gone, orchard destroyed. Complaints made through an attorney. Louise Beck responded that she had been to the property and there was no damage. The fences cost $10,000 to repair. There are dead ornamental and fruit trees estimated at over $75,000. Also damages inside house. Pergo flooring was ruined from water damage. Washer and dryer stolen. Almost every window screen was torn. Gutters never cleaned. Tool shed broken into and expensive tools missing. Stove damaged beyond repair. Furnace filters never changed. Beck has refused to repair or even to provide tenant contact information to land owner.
Description of Work: Hired/contracted and paid to manage rental property. Was supposed to find suitable tenants and manage the home and surrounding land. Collected rent and kept a portion as fee for services. Never visited the property. Did not inspect between tenants. Did not note extensive damages and did not attempt to make repairs or ask for tenants to be responsible.
