I told one of their girls what I wanted and she worked up all the plans and made modifications. She was friendly, did what I wanted and helped me on design and colors. The price was good.

If you would like to waste 6 hours of your life and delay your project by 3 weeks go with these guys. Nick is a yes man without the capability of follow through. He gave us the run around for 3 weeks and now, here we are, starting again from square one. Luckily, two of his competitors were able to turn around preliminary plans and bids in less than 48hrs. Here's our story... I contacted Kitchen and Bath galleries regarding a complete remodel of our kitchen. Nick, the designer, was on vacation but got back to me within the week. I met with him to discuss the project (he was late). We spoke for about three hours without accomplishing anything. He and a contractor came to our home later in the week to review the area and put in an estimate. He walked around awkwardly with a clipboard never really doing anything. A week passed I heard nothing from either of them. Finally, I received a short email stating that Nick was on vacation, again. Another week passed with no response to my followup email. Only after I wrote a bad yelp review about our experience did he respond to me saying that he was busy with other clients and other new clients. It seems clear that Nick has time management issues. We found out that he has been in possession of the contractors estimate for over 3 weeks. He must have also been too busy to press the forward button. Call me crazy, but I think a $20,000 job is worth better attention.

We weren’t real happy with the quality of the sink. Otherwise they were really good. The quality was better than the others.

Everything about their work is excellent. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend them for sure.

The guys the the Durham location were very friendly, low pressure and had some helpful advice about saving money or buying the less premium products while still getting the look we wanted. They don't have truly "cheap" stuff but they do have some variety and get some good prices for what they have. They were thorough and helpful with the proposed layout and basically just listened to what you wanted, but had some info on what was trendy too. Their price basically beat Lowe's too. If we get out money together to actually do this renovation, we will definitely consider them again.

This is the best company I've ever worked with. The staff and their subcontractors are so easy to get along with. The staff is so responsive. They are able to discern what you're after when you may not even know. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted in my kitchen, but was stuck on at least one major point. The designer I worked with came up with exactly what I wanted. My footprint was very restrictive and they did a terrific job cramming in everything I wanted. And the subs were terrific. I used the contractor they suggested and I highly recommend him as well.

I was very satisfied with the work done. My kitchen looks beautiful now with the new cherry cabinets they installed. They were very careful with the installation of those fine wood pieces. Overall I would hire them again, because they are really good at what they do.
