Description of Work: Quickly diagnosed and repaired my computer. I brought it in on a Saturday. They promised to evaluate by Tuesday. They found the problem and called me. I picked it up on Tuesday. Computer now works perfect.

+ -1 moreThere was a problem and they were very quick to come out to check. There was no charge because they didn't find the problem. They told me what they had done and that they could not find what was wrong. When I later had the same problem I discovered what it was. I was actually doing something wrong accidentally.
Description of Work: I used Intrex Computers to fix a problem with my computer.

Description of Work: they did a good job. My hard drive would not boot. they did the diagnostics one day ahead of the estimate and did not try to oversell parts. They competed the repairs on time and at the price originally quoted. No suprises.

I usually can fix this type of problem myself but I was going out of town and did not have the time to do it so I took it to Intrex. By their promised delivery date they had diagnosed the problem (I had reversed some wires), fixed it and even replaced my PC speaker (for free). A great service for a great price.
